I’d say for me there’s a lot of learning on the job! ‘Within job hours’ each project I work on tends to involve different technologies and require me to get up to speed! I have 2 hours set with my calendar within work hours specifically for training, which I don’t always use lol. But when I’m chasing certs I tend to try and study up to 2 hours a day for a week or 2 till I pass the certification exam! 😁

How you quickly get yourself up to speed with the new tech in your job? How you don't get overwhelmed and stressed with the continuous learning? How often you have to use your free time outside job hours chasing certs?
