When Fiona started walking through the woods, I realized that she's gonna probably be walking a long distance barefoot.That's gonna be so uncomfortable but compared to what she just went through it's not that bad
Then she stumbles across the closest village and finds out its filled with dead Ganados 🤣

Omg, I remember playing this game when I was about 16. Well.... I'm 35 now and its a rainy, dreary Sunday and for some reason this game popped into my head. So glad I could watch this. It's so trippy to watch it again! I remember being really mind blown by the scene at the end where the butcher freak is just humming and tending to the garden..... Errrr.... Its still mind blowing. Just the thought of this far away castle that's dead basically and then this deranged, delayed butcher just living there like normal..... Urgh. Creepy beyond creepy.

Unless I am interpreting this wrong, but all throughout the game stalkers have been after your purity except for the maid she just wanted your reproductive organs so she could bare and experience pleasure. Ok then interesting game.

The first stalker sees you as a doll.

Alchemy, ritualistic sacrifices, occult symbolism; in real life Azoth would be referring to vaginal sex and the infusion of demonic spiritual beings, as stated from occult doctrine; to advance human evolution, and become immortal. You'd have to be blinded by the buffoonery of the occultism in the gaming industry, to not see all the occult symbolism in this game.
+TheFirstdjsteels Azoth is the symbol of immortality and the universe in alchemy, its actually a word hybrid from Arabic and Latin which translates to "Mercury" because older civilizations thought Mercury was a life giver...lol, they were wrong.
Spacecowboy Standard occult knowledge always has double and hidden meanings away from the public, and only known within the inner circle. But you probably wouldn't know this unless you'v been through the occult practicing cults.

Finally watched the whole playthrough & I really enjoyed watching this.
I don't get why Lorenzo needs Fiona to become immortal if he's already capable of making himself younger - god knows how he's doing THAT, though. Could he be afraid of running out of juice for whatever magic/alchemy he's practicing? Is this why he needs her life essence/azoth?
Actually, the last Lorenzo is another clone, I think. It's not the old man who is dead.
Old lorenzo made himself young by taking Riccardos Azoth
You only get to see that cutscene in your 2nd playthrough and on hard mode

Lorenzo was a creepy madman, but with this ending, there is no one else smart enough to continue his ancestor's work - to find a "Great Truth". All research Aureolus Belli started centures ago in the end went for nothing.

The Azoth he himself had prior and Riccardo's Azoth regenerated him completely from just being a blood smear and flesh on the conveyor belt. Azoth is cure-all solution and the essence of life; in fact it might stand to reason that if some Azoth were poured onto Lorenzo's ashes at the end, he would return to life and regenerate anew.
I should also mention that Riccardo's Azoth was unstable and that's why he transformed into a young man later on instead of one gradual transformation.
Can you only read Hewie's thoughts in hard mode? How do you get to 28:59?

Well it is on PS4, just not the english version, I believe it is only the Japanese version "Demento" that got ported, for whatever reason
This ending segment is complete and utter trash and the game is worse as a result of it being there, really fucks with the pacing and introduces a load of bullshit that is out of place and the very last bit of gameplay with the stupid tremors, Fiona stopping to stare at the immortal fire person and statue mashing bollocks made me feel really shitty and annoyed after completing what was an otherwise amazing game.
This game is SUCKS!!! Why there no saying om screen WHAT FCKING button i need mashing??!?!?? 27:12
