Im sure people criticizing about filler use have seen it abused so they see a whole panel skim coated and assume its thick. Ive been using a digital mil gauge a lot more throughout the process just to see where things are at. Its a good tool to have.
People that have a problem with fillers don't know what they're talking about Been doing as 40 years Never seen Fill a crack on its own If you hit it with a hammer yes😁
Great work. Anyone panicking about the filter on the whole car just hasn't seen how it's done. There is only so straight the metal is going to be, no matter how good you are. What else are you going to fill it with? Primer? As long as you're doing it as you are her, there is no shame in the use of filler.
