The sound comparison for the Topre boards here is inherently flawed. Each are using completely different housings and plungers. The R2 RGB is using the MX-compatible plungers. Unfortunately, that "rattle" is coming from the housings "clacking" against the plate. Not to mention, the MX-compatible plungers are slightly taller, and thinner inside the clear housing on the RGB board, so it "shakes" more during travel.

Every time I'm done lubing my space bar stabilizer and I test it out, for some odd reason the right side of the stabilzer always seem to rattle more, and I apply the same amount of lube on both housings. Anyone else experienced this issue before?

Pbt caps? Warping is common in them and can cause rattle on one side.

P.S. does anyone know a good keeb to use with my MacBook (needs to be wireless, have Mac functions or QMK, have backlight ideally and especially needs to have standard keycap layout so no Keychron sadly won’t work)

SkullTraill I don’t think there’s any custom mechanical keyboard that is Bluetooth compatible. Your best bet would probably be pre-built keyboard like anne pro 2. Most pre-built has standard ANSI layout. You can change your modifier keys on mac in your keyboard setting.

It seems that all cherry sliders sounds roughly the same on a topre board, I can't understand why stock ones sounds so much better. The difference is in the upstroke, on my topre board (87u) after switching to kbdfans sliders I had to add #3 deskeys silencing rings, as just changing the sliders it sounded terrible, while after adding the rings the sound returned a lot similar to the original.
