In Sweden we usually use 50% pork 50% beef to our meatballs and fried in plenty of butter.

Since I watched you make spaghetti and meatballs in a previous video, I have done them by poaching them in the sauce and I love it! And I roll the meatballs tiny and it helps cook them and keep them tender. These look delicious and the small size allows them to cook faster too. Thank you for your recipes. I love them!

Nigella’s right…go figure! Grated onions are so much more effective when making meatballs or meatloaf, for the juice tenderizes as Nigella said, but the graded onion distributes throughout the meat so much better than chopping.
