My mum used to make pizzas on those flatbreads when I was very young. A great tip for when I was an impoverished, struggling young adult, because you could buy a 6 pack of what were called "Lebanese bread" in Australia for 99 cents. A drizzle of olive oil, a smear of tomato paste and whatever topping was available and you had a delicious but dirt cheap meal.

She's the real deal that lass. Very impressive. I'm sat here shouting at the screen "that crab linguini NEEDS black pepper, sweetheart" then she throws in a load of watercress that's both peppery and grassy and adds a crunchy texture to the dish. Flawless. And the pine nuts on the honey semifreddo, brilliant really. Yep. Impressive.
I love she enjoys cooking for others as much as for herself, she is so inviting. I want to do all those dishes. I can relate a lot to her with that fact, I also love to cook well for myself as much as for the rest. She is amazing!
Once cooked, I roll those pita pizzas, slice them like jam roll and serve them with drinks. Very quick "canape" to feed drop ins! Just a thought. Thanks Nigella.
