For everyones information the genuin JCR has exactly the same fit up problem. For me I ended up cutting off the mounting plates that the bumper bolts pass though, shortening the mounting arms, and welding the plates back on "upside down" from intended. This fixed my fitment issues.
I’ve been thinking about doing this build and adding a winch inside the bumper instead of the hitch. How much room is back there from jeep to bumper. The winch I have in mind is the HF 5500 apex long drum. You did a great job with the all the body lines looks sharp!
I appreciate your eye for detail. The extra time spent closing gaps and fitting to body lines makes it look 100x better. Nice work!

Looking at my Jeep I don’t thing there will be enough space for any sort of winch
I just did mine a month ago. I flip the one brackets and mad it got perfect.
Looks good. I have a 1991 XJ that is stock and need much of what you have already done to yours.

Hope the body doesn’t flex oh so just a little bit to pull the door off line. Shut it slowly the first few times wheeling
I’ve flexed it hard with no issues, plenty of room for the hatch to shut
