Very good key skills and thanks for the video :) (regarding the video setup: You should lower the background just a bit, then we can easier hear the person speaking and not a conflict with the music).

It seems to me there also is a problem of correctly ranking of candidates. I mean we use ATS, spend a lot of time, but we still often hire an employee who turns out unfit for the vacancy. Do you have this problem? Could we exchange contacts and discuss this topic at LinkedIn or FB?

The music is highly distracting, and it’s giving the feeling is trying to keep up with music speed, I had to rewind several times to be able to catch some information
Thanks for video. This is actual topic. I also have a problem with looking for the best candidates. I'm waste a loooong time. Colleagues, how you decide this problem? Which do you use a site or platforms? Tell me yours lifehack)
1 in 4 "LGBTQ" employees left their job because they didn't feel included? I don't understand where that could possibly be because everywhere I've worked has a specific, official LGBTQ "society" within the organisations I've ever worked for. What heterosexual person has anything like that to make them feel included? I just don't get it. Perhaps these 1 in 4 were in some way deeply insecure or paranoid or were projecting their insecurities? If I didn't feel like I was accepted at work then I wouldnt leave but I'd make efforts to try and build relationships with people in order to feel more comfortable and hopefully put others at ease... But I wouldn't make that about my sexuality...
Hi Jay! Thanks for your message. We agree that it's crucial that every single employee feels welcomed and included at work. We used this statistic (the source for which we will include at the end of the comment) to illustrate just how impactful inclusivity can be, both for individual employees and organizations as a whole. Here's the source: blog.linkedin.com/2021/june/1/what-you-can-do-to-support-lgbtq-employees-year-round
It would be helpful if the background music with the lady singing is removed from the videos. It's disturbing as well as annoying. Video feels more like watching a commercial on TV.
It is not so easy as you laid it out. You sometimes have some terrible managers and employees who do not listen to anything. Some managers do not abide with the HR especially if that Manger was born on the job, some employees learn how to do things their own way and bent that way for years, you will try your best to show them how the job could be more easier and how much more they need to learn and know. And how work could be easier. It is no easy, Madam. Yes, your message is good according to the textbooks.
Its really important video from the prospective of Hr profile. Many thanks to you.
