How do I create effective emails and what are the best ways to communicate without using pdfs, attachments and ensuring accessibility? I’ve tried a daily digest and will shave an event (webinar) for example and no one signs up. What are best practices for how to communicate?

Keep it short and sweet: Aim for 3-5 sentences and use bullet points for lists.
Consider alternatives to PDFs: Summarize key points in the email itself, and link to online versions if needed. Use alt text for images to ensure accessibility.
Personalize when possible: Use the recipient's name and tailor the content to their specific needs.
Consider alternative formats and timing: Maybe weekly digests are too frequent. Try bi-weekly or experiment with a different day/time.
