I mean…obviously. He had a trilogy, plus a short film-a privilege the other assassins never had. If we want to be fair we’ll have to take the first game of every assassin and compare their stories and success. Doing that I’d personally have to say that Altair wins the award because his story of redemption is unique in the form that he RE-learns the true meaning behind the assassin’s creed (and by extension, us, the players), and his ideals as an assassin are strengthened, surprisingly, by humanizing his targets-which you would expect would have the opposite effect. Finally, his accomplishments come full circle when he has to kill his own master (ironically) since Al-Mualim-the man who was like a father to Altair, and was the man who made him a better person, shat on the creed just like Altair did in the beginning.
@@forastero54321 fair points but i still think what you just mentioned for Ezio outweighs what Altair has done/achieved. I don't think he could've read a paper with a huge hole in the middle and blood surrounding it. There could've been only a few words which could possibly not convey a message.
Also when Ezio's brother said and may it never change us I was revved up for a betrayal I mean its the perfect line that a best friend would say before becoming the supervillain but then he essentially dies in obscurity very quickly, I think that dynamic would have been interesting similar to how Haythem and Conor go against each other as father and son but this would be two guys in their prime going at it.
The fact there isnt a single scene from the newer games shows how much the quality of this franchise has dropped, nothing will ever be able to beat AC1-Revelations
