I love the fight between V and Urizen in this. They're literally two sides of the same coin, V is everything that Urizen believes is weak yet V still defeats him. Alternate ending: After Dante defeats Urizen, V uses his powers to absorb Urizen into him. Now cured, V smiles because he feels whole again. V gives Nero the Yamato, and Nero gets his demon arm back. They turn around and head back. Nero uses Yamato to close the portal, and with V's help, the roots got sent to the underworld. Dante returns to his office, and V follows Nero to the van, and Nico drives home. By the time they get there, V meets Kyrie and begins helping Nero with his business/killing demons for money while living with him, Nico, and Kyrie. V now has everything he wanted. Power, friends, and family.
honestly, thats how i beat him my first time doing the mission 14 boss rush. Got up in his face and beat him to fucking death while pouring my devil trigger into griffon Thinking about it in retrospect, maybe i shouldnt have picked cavaliere first.

Do you have a practice regimen? I've been playing dmc casually for years but 5 really has me into it. I've been going through SoS mode and still no deaths and consistent a to b ranks(except urizen when hes sitting in the chair) What's a good practice to work on timing and just general better ways to combo? Anything specific to look for? Thank you for the great videos also.

Crazy how V, Vergil's human side thats literally dying and has only a small amount of demon power with his book, is still canonically strong enough to defeat Goliath, Artemis, and Cavalier angelo. Gameplay is gimmicky but still fun imo
I wish we could fight every boss as V judo we could see a cool death animation. Goliath could have just fell down and got poked in the head, but Capcom wanted to be fancy and have him brawl with Nightmare for a few seconds

You using Shadow to parry Vergil's attacks is one of the coolest things I've seen from anyone playing the game so far.
Funny thing about the Vergil fight: Griffon can juggle him with his divebomb attack. Obviously not the best damage, but it _is_ pretty funny.

You unlock it by completing the Bloody Palace as V. Dante and Nero both get one as well.
