I've been hesitant to choose abm over humms because i'm more of a essay type person rather than solving math problems, but I really wanted to pursue a business career anyway thank u for the vid:)))
*Update: Naka survive ang beshy niyo 🤸 and nasama pa sa with high honors. Lahat po talaga ng strand mahirap, pursue what you really want, halos lahat or lahat ng strand may mga essay at math, hindi kayo lulubayan niyan. Nakatulong sa akin is a good circle of friends, legit sila ang nag-ahon sa akin sa hirap lol. Never be afraid of trying something new to you, who knows maybe yung kinuha mong strand will blossom your hidden skill or talent. Sending lots of love and courage to ya'll. Mabilis lang panahon, di mo mamamalayan graduating ka na hahaha mwah.

I'm incoming g10 and planning to take ABM strand for shs, grade 9 palang problematic na ko sa kukunin ko but now I already decided to take abm and for sure madaming struggles since marami rin akong kahinaan but i know that i have also qualities that fit this strand which is abm hehe
I'm incoming ABM student this year,
Way back 2014-2015 bata palang ako nagtitinda na ko ng kung ano ano HAHAHAHA gaya ng loom bands na sobrang patok noon, hindi ko iniisip yung perang nilalabas ko nun at yung kikitain ko basta tinda lang ako ng tinda (kami ng child hood bf ko actually) 10-15 pesos ata hahaha tapos bumibili ako sa mga grocery stores ng mga candy like max,fruitos, potchi etc, 15-20 pesos ata yun dati nasa 50 pcs na HAHAHAHAHA tapos nilalako ko, inaalok ko kung kani kanino. Wala kong iniisip kundi itinda, minsan kahit wala naman sukli binigyan ko ng sukli hahahahaa munggagi 🤣 Then nung nag grade 5 at grumaduate ako ng elem, naging hilig ko yung arts (hanggang ngayon padin naman) then sabi ko "ay fine arts kukunin ko sa college, tulad kay sa kuya ko which is graduated fine arts in college.
Then nung dumating na ko sa point ng buhay ko na, mas madami akong narealize. Last year 2020 kung saan bagsak ang lahat, di alam kung pano magsisimula at babangon muli, dahil sa pandemic. May 2020, nung nagsimula ako mag post online ng mga paninda naming pagkain ni mama ko which is matagal na naming business di pa ganun kaboom yung online selling. Edi ayun nagtuloy tuloy mabenta dami naming orders and nagkaron kami ng madaming suki na halos araw araw umoorder madalas din ubos paninda namin 😍 Fast forward, napansin ko na laganap yung sisell thru live, gaya ng mga damit, trendy tops, overruns ganyan. So January 2021 nagdecide ako na why not itry ko din diba? Wala akong alam na supplier pa nun, starting palang kumbaga kaya dali dali nagpasama ako sa kaibigan ko sa baclaran, yun ung alam kong bentahan ng murang damit e HAHAHAAHAH nag research din kase ako. So ayun 5 tops (damit) yung binili ko 500 yung pera ko naligaw ligaw pa kami pauwi HAHAHAHAHHA Lt kase di namn alam ano gagawjn kinakabahan na yung kaibigan ko....
Nabenta yon, then netong april pinasok ko yung ukau world, nagtanong tanong ako san ba nakukuha yun? Magkano? at matinding reseaech talaga ginawa ko, sa yt nuod ako mga tips for newbies then yun gumawa kami ng page sa fb ✨NATALIA'S PLACE ✨kumuha kami ng bale ng ate ko and almost 2 months din inabot at may natira pa. SHET ANG HABA NA PALA HAHAHAHAHAH now online seller nako mga dzai, and now I know ABM is the perfect strand para sakin ❤️

'Yan lagi mong maririnig kapag incoming shs student ka, which is tama naman. But after watching this vlog, napaisip ako sa sinabi ni sir Marky na there's a possibility na hindi ka mag proceed sa college. I really wanna be Lawyer in the future so I thought of taking HUMSS as my shs strand and then mag Pol-Sci after shs para sa pre-law. I am not into business or entrepreneur or accounting, I know myself that HUMSS is my zone but is it practical? People always advice me to choose things or to take the path that I'm comfortable with and when they say that, HUMSS ang unang pumapasok sa isip ko.
ABM and HUMSS. Choosing between what you want and what you need is hard especially in this life full of uncertainty. If I choose HUMSS, i chose what I want. If I choose ABM, i chose what i need.
Why bother tho? practicality always win naman lalo na kung hindi financially stable ang buhay mo.
I'm not saying na it's not practical to choose HUMSS, we have our own perspective naman in life and we see things differently. These were just my opinions. Sorry if there's a part sa mga sinabi ko that somehow offended you, I sincerely apologize.
Hey. As a person currently in this position, I feel so lost and I don't have anyone in my life who can relate. My siblings choose STEM and the path they wanted was always clear from start. As for me, I was really drawn to HUMSS. I never really had a knack for anything but I loved reading and I'm passionate about learning arts, literature, psychology and the human behavior. I would write often (but it was never really anything of substance). My skills are fairly average, and I know its not enough to make a career out of it.
So my parents advised me to research about business and accounting, it is the future after all. That very year (grade 10), I joined an elective and had a taste of what life in ABM would look like. It was decent. I could see myself doing it for the hopes of a stable life, but I never really felt any passion for it.
For now I'm currently leaning towards ABM. A more practical route as you said, but I'm still unsure.
I just wanted to know what you ended up choosing and how things are going for you ❤🙏

@@cyrene557 di okay kasi diba dalawang school year nag online class. I havent been really following the lessons tapos nakalimutan kona yung mga lessons as in. Baka nga di na ako marunong mag mano manong divide.May calculator naman makakasurvive naman siguro ako. Pero balak ko abm kasi nakikita ko sarili ko sa pang bisnes. Kung mag gagas kasi ako tapos pang abm fit course na kukunin ko ako lang mahihirapan. Stem sana kaso Im really weak at it. Math talaga weakness ko

I'm an incoming G11 student rn and Iately I've been thinking on what strand should I really choose. But for now, I know ABM can be really something that can help me in the future. I wanted to have my own business someday and I think no matter what course I will be taking on college, the lessons that I will learn from the ABM strand will still really be helpful as this will probably help me open my eyes to the business world and give me more ideas on how to start my own business someday. I happen to saw this video while I was searching about the ABM strand and I can say that this actually helped me from deciding what strand should I finally choose which will secure my future as well. My mind's fighting over HUMSS AND ABM.
I have a lot of talent to show if I'll be in HUMSS but I've also thought there'll be a lot responsibility and I am lazy lol. Choosing ABM is just so practical but I am worrying about what will happen to me going to an unfamiliar path😭 I've also thought maybe this talent I am talking about is just a phase since I am still a teen and I might regret it being too emotional in choosing my path. So yeah... It's me again, surely NOT SURE of what I am doing

Humss used to be what I want in shs but in terms of practicality, opportunity chances and state of living, I chose ABM strand. I both like things about data, statistics, and all about how taxes, debits and credits works and learning about philosophy, physiology, culture and more. Thus, it made me hard to choose. I still aspire to be a writer though. Choosing different courses or strand is fine as long you benefit from it and it is said to be fine for me to choose things outside my course and strand.
So what did you choose?
If I struggle on studying of ABM, I will comeback to this video and i will encourage myself again to go on.

currently at 12 abm and two months in f2f plang since i finished 11 abm in online class, and grabe na ung stress ko, halfway through semester plang bagsak na kagad ako sa FABM and tambak pa ng activities from minor subjects, ayyysst hirap, keep going lang to other abm students dyan !!!!!❤

Thank you Lord I've decided na mag ABM na talaga .thankyou po♥️ nagdadalawang isip pa kasi ako kahapon kung ano ba talagang kukunin ko kung mag A' ABM naba talaga ako. iniisip ko kasi mag s'steward ako so sabi ko mag ABM ako kasi under nun tourism para hindi nako mahirapan and then sabi ko pano nalang pag hindi ako makapag steward in the future anong babagsakan kong trabaho and then sabi ko mag HRM nalang kaya ako pero syempre nagdadalawang isip parin ako. Pero nung napanood ko tong video nato. I come up with the thought ah related nga naman sa business why not i pursue ko ksi nga nman may farm naman kami. Kasi in the future kami din nman magmamana nun. Kaya sobrang thankful po ako sa paggawa mo po ng video nato❤️
