I've procrastinated my thorough out my life and falling apart mentally

Upcoming gr 10 student. I'm thinking of perusing law in the future. Originally, I've already set my mind to enrolling in HUMSS but because of many circumstances I think I'll end up with STEM. Here are some of the reasons:
1. Finances (walang humss sa science hs, and my parents want to enroll me there u know free but quality education)
2. Practicality (seniors told us na mas may malaking advantage yung pag ststem sa mga college entrance exams lalo na kung goal mo talaga is mga big schools)
I actually really thought I'd go for HUMSS since I'm thinking abt law. It would help me in lots of ways in the future, but haaay practicality is the priority talaga. :(

I am grade 10 student this school year and namo-mroblema na'ko sa strand na kukunin ko sa shs, ABM or STEM or TVL. My father's dream job for me is ang maging flight attendant daw, then my mother's dream job for me naman is accountant because sabi nya mahilig daw ako mag compute ng money & magaling din daw akong humawak ng pera. But my dream job is to be a chef because hilig ko talagang mag luto, my mom teach me how to cook when i was 5 years old, simula noon sabi ko sa sarili ko na gusto kong' maging chef pag laki ko, actually gusto ko din maging fashion designer because magaling din akong' mag design ng mga gowns and my mom teach me kung paano mag tahi. So now I'm confused talaga, pero para saakin nangingibabaw yung pagiging chef ko in future, kase ito talag yung hobby ko!! Kung madami lang talaga katawan ko, lahat ng work na gusto ng parents ko saakin ay gagawin ko!! So yun lang hehe ^^

My parents wanted me to take STEM when i'm gonna be in G-11 but due to my lack in math i dont to be in STEM i want to be in HUMSS and i managed to let my parents agree on what strand i want to be in i do story telling back when i was still in elementary and i loved it but sadly when i was in g2 i was not picked to represent our school and my story telling career ended there when i was in g4 i got back in story telling but thats when i realized i develop social anxiety i couldnt say the words correctly
And now i want to face my fear i want this social anxiety to go away and bring back my confidence speaking infront of people and my goal for now is to work hard to pass the upcoming exam its not too bad to be prepared

Thanks po Sir for this informative video. I'm now a grade 10 student. Nung una, gusto ko po mag-take ng GAS dahil gusto ko magteacher. But now, I suddenly changed my mind and decided to take STEM in SHS because I want to pursue medicine in the future. Good luck sa akin. Nagiging anxious ako sa math kasi palagi ako mababa sa mga quizzes at hindi ko alam kung papasa ba ako fun o hindi. Sana magimprove nako sa math this year para makatanggap ako sa stem :(

I want to choose STEM, I love math fav ko siyang subject since elementary, palagi din akong representative sa mga math contest. I also love arts (drawing and paintings).
But... I also want to choose HUMSS kahit may pagka introvert ako, mahilig kasi akong mag research about cultures and different religions, mahilig din akong magbasa at magsulat ng novels, I like to listen to people's opinions before I judge things, sometimes I imagined myself in some kind of arguments then I'll give my own opinions at kasali din ako sa mga journalist sa school namin.
I can't choose between this two Strands. Gusto kong maging Lawyer, Engineer at Architect....

When I came across this channel, I am already done filling out the enrollment form for Senior High School. I badly want to transfer school and choose ABM since my dream job is business related. But as I saw the form yesterday, I am confused. I only want to picture myself as a happy and successful person ten years later. But the profession I have, I still don't know what it is. So I decided to take GAS after reading some articles about its disadvantages and advantages. And GAS is for students like me who can't choose yet what course to take for college.
I am staying in my current school and will study GAS. While studying under this strand, I know I will finally get to choose what I really want to be.
So yea take your time, luvies. Choose whatever makes you happy and the one that will not make you regret your actions and decisions :)

Hello! I'm a 15 year old, grade 10 student but because of covid-19 I don't know if I'm still gonna be able to complete grade 10. I really need your help and opinion about my situation.
I don't have any dream job. I only dream of being rich and traveling the world. I don't see myself working in an office, hospital or in any workplace. Right now I'm truggiling at choosing a strand. I want HUMSS because I saw that the topic in there are History, Religion, Politics and making a proving of facts and researching which is I enjoy after having a knowledge about that but my passion is related on agriculture like planting and fishering and also my dream job was to be a Fish Farm Manager or a Commercial Farmer which these things are part of the TVL but I don't see that I will enjoy this strand.

@@hisolerjuejchristian2832Para sakin, it depends kung anong course yung kukunin mo sa college, mas maganda kung i-align mo yung kukunin mong course sa college ngayung senior high, doon mo ma be-benefit yung knowledge mo from your seniorhigh, so therefore magiging practical din sya in the long run para sayo. Ako kasi I ended up sa STEM hahaha ni align ko talaga yung kukunin kong course sa college eh even di ako gaanong nag enjoy, dahil sa college kuna ma e-enjoy lahat ng knowledge ko from senior high because I'm sure na may mga subjects sa college na magiging madali na sakin.

ang hirap tlaga pag wla kang confidence sa sarili at hnd magaling kahit sa isang bagay. buti pa ang iba maraming dream job samantalang ako hnd paden makapili hayst.. gusto ko sana mag teacher kaya lng mahina aq sa communication skills at hnd din aq matalino isa pa ung tatay ko ayaw ng teacher mahirap daw kase puro stress at pagod ang makukuha mo sa mga estudyante(pero hnd pa nman niya alam na gusto ko maging teacher) tas kadalasan ang sinasabe ng lahat

Grade 10 ako ngayon at mag gragrade 11 na next school year pero wala akong naaralan kahit isang subject throughout the whole school year ksi online classes lang at maraming technical at Internet problems

Gusto ko nga po magtourism kaso sabi maganda daw kung may fall back. Kaya iniisip ko kung magiiSTEM ako para magnursing.
Tourism is for ABM or HUMSS.
STEM is for nursing :)

It's too hard to choose between ABM and HUMSS, I really want to become a doctor but I'm good at buisness. What a life.
Be a doctor then, it's what you want. If you're not good at that field then just improve. If you're really set on being a doctor then the only thing to do is start.
