To actually answer your question, this is recorded footage from the video game red dead redemption 2. The game is known for having many ultra realistic details and has a very detailed landscape, weather, etc, in addition to a cinematic camera that can be turned on/off- many use it while traveling (as it will auto-walk you to a marked destination) but not for active gameplay. The cinematic camera switches between shots and views l(ike you see in the video) dynamically as you travel. Highly recommend checking the game out
