I am 81yrs now. Very tired of the pain, anxiety and negative I'm surrounded by. I will be returning Home soon and cant wait. My sweet dog, Izzy, is waiting for me, I'm very excited to see her. This is exactly how I remember my childhood days (nights). I used to sleep with this beautiful and comforting sound. It gave me a safety feeling of being inside my family’s home, with my parents and siblings, while I fell asleep with the sound of a torrential rain falling on the zinc roof. I love rain and thunder.

Дело в том, что в древности, когда главной опасностью наших предков были хищники, люди чувствовали себя спокойней в дождь по той причине, что практически ни один хищник не будет вылезать из своего убежища и уж тем более охотиться в дождливую погоду)
Теперь представьте себе, насколько долго наши предки жили в таких условиях, что это отложилось у нас в генах и остается в нашем подсознании до сих пор.

I'm 70 and grew up in an my families old 200 year old country farm house. Tin roof and all. Railroad across the street and RAIN on the tin roof was the most relaxing thing anyone could ever hope for.. I was SO BLESSED !! I thank GGD for the beautiful LIFE GIVING RAIN !! I love it so much !!
