Pyrerealmgaming has a video from a few years ago doing a skit showing what GTA Online characters do when you're logged off that's actually pretty funny.
A longtime ago I was on holiday with a small group in the middle of nowhere, whilst on a hike I had lost my footing and it felt like I was falling forever, then nothing . When I finally became conscious again my friends were there telling me everything is going to be ok, we are going to get you to a hospital. This didn’t give me any comfort because it seemed that pain was oozing from every single bone in my body. I couldn’t move but I soon realised that whilst unconscious my friends had used whatever they could find to strap me down tightly so I couldn’t move about and worsen my injuries. Then along the single track dirt path came the sound of ‘putt-bang-putt-putt, an old man in an even older wooden based truck pulled up . I was hoisted up in to the back of this truck and we started our journey back to civilisation and a hospital . This journey was the worst 3 hrs of my life, the truck was open backed and yes the weather turned in to heavy rain and thunder , I wasn’t just wet and cold though, I felt every little jolt and bump making me constantly scream out in pain . Yes like I said it was the worst journey of my life , however I came across this vid and as I watched it I recalled my own journey and now that it is many years later and I’m safe, snug and warm in my bed I can recall my nightmare journey differently. I am older and wiser and I now realise that it wasn’t just about ME , it was also about the others that journeyed with me, the old farmer and his wife who dropped everything to help out a stranger , my friends who spent the best part of thier own holiday at my hospital bedside . So I am watching this with fond memories for the friends (and strangers), that rescued me from the ravine and journeyed with me to hospital, which in turn gave me another chance at life, Good night All, thanks for bothering to read the whole comment. R .

The only thing is, there's no sounds of horse's hooves upon the ground, or whinnying every once in a while. But other than that, it's something I've always fantasized about. 😍
I noticed we could faintly hear the traces moving but not much else. Not even the wagon rolling along the ground, it was covered too much by the thunderstorm. This is well done most likely visually, but audibly it needs a little work.
I have when I visited my home country which is mainly farmland. It was on a wagon pulled by an ox or a bull (I forgot which animal but it definitely wasn’t a cow) and it wasn’t as comfortable. It was a good experience though getting a glimpse of how some people around the world still travel unlike here in the US where I could get an Uber in less than 2 minutes.

Luckily the chains on the end boards held and she managed to get her bearings as she jostled side to side. There was a zzzzip and an arrow tore into the canvas next to her head. She lay back down and began to think. She’d lost her gun when she lost her horse. She had a knife but that was for close combat she hoped to avoid. The wagon creaked and groaned as it flew like a bat out of hell down the wash in only moonlight. There were chests in the wagon and she quickly opened them and started throwing the contents out behind them. It’s just you, your wife, and an old friend. The ride is long. The destination still seemingly far, far off. The rain is starting to clear. There would be something so strikingly peaceful about this journey, you think, but your friend, whom you cherish, is being a real ass and making the ride hell. Just when you can’t take any more, POP! Your friend pops his lips open with air. “For five minutes, could you not be yourself? FOR FIVE MINUTES!!” In desperation you finally vocalize the question you’ve heard a thousand times at this point, “Are we there yet?” Your wife looks out the window, “Yes!” she says.
