  • In this video, we explore five critical reasons why SBIR and STTR funding should be at the top of your list for startup funding in 2024! This insightful guide is especially beneficial for startups in the science and technology sectors facing the challenges of securing funding in a possibly recession-hit economy. We begin by discussing how SBIR and STTR programs offer a lifeline when equity funding becomes scarce, providing the much-needed support for high-risk innovations. The video further delves into the credibility and validation that comes with these federal grants, making your startup more appealing to investors and partners. One of the highlights is the non-dilutive nature of SBIR/STTR funding, a significant advantage for startups keen on retaining control and ownership. We also emphasize how these programs are designed to bolster early-stage R&D activities in tech and science fields, supporting ambitious, innovative projects. Finally, we unravel the phased structure of these programs, highlighting how securing Phase I funding increases the likelihood of additional funding in Phase II, and how state matching grants can further amplify your funding. This video is a must-watch for any startup founder looking to navigate the competitive tech industry landscape in 2024, offering valuable insights into leveraging SBIR and STTR funding for maximum benefit. Thank you for these great videos! We submitted a SBIR application to the NIH and we got the summary statement from the reviewers. In your experience, is a response to reviewer's critiques/comments something that would make a difference on the funding decision of the application? Do you recommend responding to the reviewers or you think we should just wait for the council meeting? This could be a topic for one of your great videos :)

Great question! I would recommend reaching out to the program office to learn if the PO can jump on a call to review your summary statement. Based on the score and other criteria, the PO can advise whether you have a strong chance of getting funded or if you will likely need to resubmit the application. If the latter, then you can start preparing for a resubmission to improve your chances of funding the 2nd time around. This is a great video idea that I'll add to the list. Good luck!

    Hi,
I saw your videos, your video quality is good but not properly SEO. Your SEO score is very poor. That's why your channel is not growing organically. Total 3630 subscribers and a Total of 240 Uploaded videos of your channel. According to your channel, I noticed that your channel videos are not viewed and subscribed. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience.
Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get Rank . Here are the issues I found: Title, description, video tags, channel tags, and video SEO are not performed on your videos. This is why your TH-cam channel is not growing. It is possible that if you fully customize your channel, the video will go Rank.
Do you want to talk about it for a while?
