I am an Impossible fan...so agreed on your top pick! I do not like Beyonds taste or smell....I'm sensitive to pea protein in most products that use it. The Impossible ground meat opens up so many recipe possibilities along with making your own patties so this is a staple product in my home.

I love beyond burgers. Slap some Himalayan salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika on them and put it in the oven and dress it with avocado spread, vegan mayo, red onions ketchup and mustard and we in there!😁

Impossible burger is amazing! I just made a meatloaf tonight for a mixed crowd with a couple of serious meat eaters and all they could say is how delicious it was! I’ve also used it to make their recipe for gyro’s which were awesome! I can’t wait until they come out with more products! ❤️😊 I’ve heard great things about the light life burgers too. After your reviews, I’m going to get a package to try. I haven’t tried a recent version of beyond beef, but I do love the beyond sausages. Your reviews are great!

my fave is the beyond burger, perfect with pretzel buns, and sautéed mushrooms. the beyond meat tastes great if you get vegan wonton wrappers, add vitalife cheese, and the ground up meat roll em up, fry them. SO GOOOD
I thought that Beyond was the best burger until I tried Impossible and now it’s the only one I eat 😝 but it’s sometimes nice to have a regular veggie burger or a bean one
HAHAH, we figured out after that we each had the equivalent to 3 full burgers which is still a lot but not as much as it looks like while we are tasting it LOL.
One thing I've noticed is that I feel full longer when I eat one of the veggie burgers I season it just as I would a hamburger, then add onions, catsup and mustard. So far this week, I have eaten two per day for almost a week. I have several different brands including Amy's. Too early to decide which I like best.

BTW all of the top 5 are near $6 for two burgers (in south florida) but the Gardein in the bag is $3.50 for 4. Comparing a $3 burger to an 88 cent burger is a little unfair.
I am not necessarily vegan out of choice, it's mainly because I have a lot of food allergies and I try and hunt for alternatives to stuff like diary and meat and because of that I found your channel and am currently loving it!

The one thing I've learned about any of the high end meat imposter burgers is that overcooking ruins the effect of even the best ones. Impossible is my favorite, btw. Thanks for the informative review. I hadn't tried some of them - now I don't have to. 😃
That's why I like impossible, beyond and the ultimate it allows you to cook it like a regular burger. Getting the ever so slightly char and still juicy on the inside. Even most non vegans cant tell the difference. with the beyond sausage also
It's always hilarious to see how you all rate things different from what I expect. I'm defiantly all about Impossible, but they're expensive. My second favorite is Field Roast. It's seitan, so the texture is different, but I really enjoy it.
The problem with Impossible meat, is the GMO that makes their meat bleed, and taste meaty, is the a soy based GMO called "Heme" or Soy leghemoglobin. This ingredient has some questionable health data, feel free to do some googling. I'll stick with Beyond, as they also have a better company objective in regards to sustainability.
Impossible is great due to their exclusive ingredient, leghemoglobin (legume hemoglobin), which is essentially blood made by plants. It's a product of soy root nodules.
Dr pragers has been my number 1 “healthy” burger for the last couple years. Big time sleeper. They started selling this same burger as a ground beef 16oz package too. Frozen. These burgers are super low in sat fat which is maybe why you thought it tasted dryer,less coconut oil “white chunks” in the burger. This video has me wanting to try light life. I’m very surprised with that one. Thanks for the great content. I’m newer to the channel and have been going back and binge watching!
Just found you guys today. Loving the content! Huge fan of the Beyond, Impossible and Gardein burgers. IMO Gardein bag ones are especially good to double up on with a good melting vegan cheese. Not a fan of the meatless farm range. I'm starting my own conspiracy theory that they're a carnist owned company that want to keep carnists thinking that all vegan food is terrible 😂
White spots are methyl cellulose but dr. Praegers are my favorite!!! Hands down!! Least amount of ingredients too! The chkn is bad, I agree but the burgers I love!!

Dr. Praegers nailed it on the grilled burger taste. I was surprised as well. Cooking it in the air fryer takes less than 10 mins. Beyond and Impossible are my 2nd and 3rd choices only bec of cost.
Lightlife is one of my favorites, so I was glad to see it ranked high. I love the Field Roast burger with a tomato cayenne Chao slice on an English muffin, no condiments. For some reason the flavors are so good to me. 🙂

I'm working through a backlog of videos on my watch list ...and, wow! Vegan burgers have come a long way since Garden Burger and then Boca Burger! (I recall many vegan were repulsed initially by Boca because they thought it tasted too "real" -- back then!) And I've had several of these and would not complain about the ones I've had! But that must be tough to taste test a dozen of these at one sitting!! I'm impressed!! ... BTW, whatever happened to the Beast Burger from a couple years ago?

I grabbed Incogmeato on a whim this week since it was under $3 at Walmart - and I was pleasantly surprised. The inside was kinda soft but it developed a nice char on the outside and had kind of a grilled burger flavor that I enjoyed. Hit the spot paired with FYH American slices. Glad to hear Beyond has changed their formula. The smell literally ran me out of my house the one time I cooked it. And it tasted just like it smelled. *shudder*
1. Impossible 2.Gardein Box 3.Gardein bag (because I used to LOVE McDonald’s hamburgers) 4. Litelife (the crumbles are great too) 5. Beyond(when it’s the only vegan option at restaurants)
More recent than this video, but the Very Good Butchers’ new “Butchers’ Select Flippin’ Good Burger” is my new favourite if you’re looking for something that has the taste and mouth feel of meat. It’s healthier than most other options like that too.

Fry’s has a lot of great products, literally just had their chickpeas and roasted butternut balls and they are the best. They also have great variety burgers and chicken schnitzel. However the burger that you two just had is literally the worst burger and probably the worst product they have. You should try their other burgers though, very tasty, convenient, flavourful and delicious .
I've tried impossible burgers prepared at different fast food restaurants. The taste difference is surprising. Like I love how Habit Burger prepares it. Can't stand how this local place makes it. The other ingredients are so important to the taste.
Lightlife is my favorite. It has great texture and is great in the skillet and excellent on the grill. I like the impossible burger but I liked their original impossible burger much better.
Now I'm gonna go back to Natural Grocers and grab a package of the Light Life burgers. I appreciate that y'all mention allergens, locations where you get these foods and especially each of your excellent & detailed descriptions. Plus, y'all are a crack up! BTW, I feel like I gained 50 lbs. from watching your videos, LOL

The trouble I have with a lot of the more realistic vegan burgers is that they are usually quite high in fat and saturated fat. I guess that’s what makes them juicy, but as someone who is eating as low-fat as possible to reverse insulin resistance/type 2 diabetes and lower my cholesterol, it makes them “impossible” to eat. 😅 The Impossible Whopper has about the same fat and saturated fat as the meat version even if you remove the mayo!
I've only had beyond and impossible at restaurants twice and both times I was so paranoid. Same thing at coffee shops the use sweetened soy milk in iced drinks. Edit: I like the gardien in the bag because it is thin and has less saturated fat than others plus when you get it on sale it's pretty cheap.

This is my first video of you guys and I enjoyed it. My favorite is Beyond so far. I have more I want to try. Gardein has a 1 or 2 more burger options. I didn't like them. I haven't tried the ones you showed. Also all I could focus on was the amount of ketchup being used 🙂
Love the ultimate burger & the impossible burger! There is something about the beyond burger I absolutely hate so I was so happy when I could find the impossible patty premade ! Havent tried the new and improved version though lol .
I like the Dr. Prager's burger. The ingredients are let processed than some of the others. They also hold up on the grill well and have a lot less fat than Impossible or Beyond.
The new version of the Beyond tastes the same to me too. I have to chug a lot of water after eating one. I wish I didn’t have a gluten & soy allergy. I’d love to know what these all are like💔

The first time I had the impossible burger was at TGI Friday's. It was amazing. I haven't had the beyond burgers. I love their spicy and sweet sausage and ground for spaghetti. Their italian meatballs are amazing!
OMG, when I saw you had Meatless Farms I knew you were going to says something like that. I appreciate that they try but their products are the worse. Makes you wonder why they went ahead and manufactured those burgers. Who were their tasters???? Not a fan of Frys either. To me all Fieldroast products (except the hotdogs) taste like sausage. Like you said, too dense and too many seasonings. Break out the tartar sauce for the XBurger. Haha. I agree with your favorites. You guys are so cute together!
Beyond burgers are amazing. And they're in all really accessible locations. Don't know if you have an 'Aldi' by you, but Aldi stores here carry Beyond meat burgers for 3.99$ cheapest place I've seen them. CHEAPER than Walmart haha! But I did try Impossible and I gotta say they win in my book for taste and texture. When I was cooking them...they were 'BLEEDING' and I had to double-check the packaging to make sure they really were vegan because I've never experienced a product 'bleeding' and holy smokes the smell was amazing!

My fave is actually Light Life with a bit of liquid smoke when you cook it. Impossible a strong second. I actually had some of Impossibles sausage this summer at Bar Loui and it was really good-it's not in stores yet....Thanks for trying these for us! I'll stick to what I know lol.
I haven't tried all those but I have tried the Beyond and Impossible. I love the Impossible, it is scary though how it cooks almost how a real hamburger cooks. However the cost is what gets me. I only buy it if it's on sale.

I've only tried Impossible and Beyond. Impossible is my preferred one. I don't know about you, but I have found that Impossible cooks on the grill better when cooked from frozen. If it's thawed, it inevitably falls through the grates.

I love the Dr. Praeger Perfect Burger! I like that it can be baked, which is so easy! Beyond and Impossible are my favorites for on the grill, but this is my go-to home kitchen burger.
It’s funny, I think I’ve made it to a point in my vegan journey that the faux meats are just too much for me🤷♀️ almost like they are too “meaty” for me haha and I almost always go for a plain ol veggie burger because of this. Am I the only vegan that’s like this?
I agree 100% w/Andrew! Impossible and Gardein Ultimate have been in my rotation for a couple of months now. You can't go wrong with either and the Gardein Ultimate was a huge surprise the first time I picked them up on a whim! Unfortunately, I have sworn off ANYTHING LightLife makes after tasting their hot dogs.

I love making meatloaf with impossible. It’s so good! I use it for my non vegan friends snd they love it. Even my moms boyfriend likes it so that’s cool. I’m curious about lightlife. They used to be my favorite grounds for tacos until impossible lol. I love beyonds company and I haven’t tried their new burgers yet but i will become its usually cheaper here than impossible. Nothing will replace impossible ground meat package though.

I'm working through a backlog of videos on my watch list ...and, wow! Vegan burgers have come a long way since Garden Burger and then Boca Burger! (I recall many vegan were repulsed initially by Boca because they thought it tasted too "real" -- back then!) And I've had several of these and would not complain about the ones I've had! But that must be tough to taste test a dozen of these at one sitting!! I'm impressed!! ... BTW, whatever happened to the Beast Burger from a couple years ago?

It smells weird when you cook it, but it’s one of those things where as soon as you eat it, the taste and meaty texture overshadows the smell.

I grabbed Incogmeato on a whim this week since it was under $3 at Walmart - and I was pleasantly surprised. The inside was kinda soft but it developed a nice char on the outside and had kind of a grilled burger flavor that I enjoyed. Hit the spot paired with FYH American slices.
Glad to hear Beyond has changed their formula. The smell literally ran me out of my house the one time I cooked it. And it tasted just like it smelled. *shudder*

More recent than this video, but the Very Good Butchers’ new “Butchers’ Select Flippin’ Good Burger” is my new favourite if you’re looking for something that has the taste and mouth feel of meat. It’s healthier than most other options like that too.

Fry’s has a lot of great products, literally just had their chickpeas and roasted butternut balls and they are the best. They also have great variety burgers and chicken schnitzel. However the burger that you two just had is literally the worst burger and probably the worst product they have. You should try their other burgers though, very tasty, convenient, flavourful and delicious .
We'll have to try their other stuff
I prefer Beyond Meat, I like that its soy free.

I've tried impossible burgers prepared at different fast food restaurants. The taste difference is surprising. Like I love how Habit Burger prepares it. Can't stand how this local place makes it. The other ingredients are so important to the taste.

Lightlife is my favorite. It has great texture and is great in the skillet and excellent on the grill. I like the impossible burger but I liked their original impossible burger much better.
Now I'm gonna go back to Natural Grocers and grab a package of the Light Life burgers.
I appreciate that y'all mention allergens, locations where you get these foods and especially each of your excellent & detailed descriptions. Plus, y'all are a crack up!

The trouble I have with a lot of the more realistic vegan burgers is that they are usually quite high in fat and saturated fat. I guess that’s what makes them juicy, but as someone who is eating as low-fat as possible to reverse insulin resistance/type 2 diabetes and lower my cholesterol, it makes them “impossible” to eat. 😅
The Impossible Whopper has about the same fat and saturated fat as the meat version even if you remove the mayo!
I've only had beyond and impossible at restaurants twice and both times I was so paranoid. Same thing at coffee shops the use sweetened soy milk in iced drinks.
Edit: I like the gardien in the bag because it is thin and has less saturated fat than others plus when you get it on sale it's pretty cheap.

This is my first video of you guys and I enjoyed it. My favorite is Beyond so far. I have more I want to try. Gardein has a 1 or 2 more burger options. I didn't like them. I haven't tried the ones you showed. Also all I could focus on was the amount of ketchup being used 🙂
Love the ultimate burger & the impossible burger! There is something about the beyond burger I absolutely hate so I was so happy when I could find the impossible patty premade ! Havent tried the new and improved version though lol .

I like the Dr. Prager's burger. The ingredients are let processed than some of the others. They also hold up on the grill well and have a lot less fat than Impossible or Beyond.

The first time I had the impossible burger was at TGI Friday's. It was amazing. I haven't had the beyond burgers. I love their spicy and sweet sausage and ground for spaghetti. Their italian meatballs are amazing!

OMG, when I saw you had Meatless Farms I knew you were going to says something like that. I appreciate that they try but their products are the worse. Makes you wonder why they went ahead and manufactured those burgers. Who were their tasters???? Not a fan of Frys either. To me all Fieldroast products (except the hotdogs) taste like sausage. Like you said, too dense and too many seasonings. Break out the tartar sauce for the XBurger. Haha. I agree with your favorites. You guys are so cute together!
Beyond burgers are amazing. And they're in all really accessible locations.
Don't know if you have an 'Aldi' by you, but Aldi stores here carry Beyond meat burgers for 3.99$ cheapest place I've seen them. CHEAPER than Walmart haha!
But I did try Impossible and I gotta say they win in my book for taste and texture. When I was cooking them...they were 'BLEEDING' and I had to double-check the packaging to make sure they really were vegan because I've never experienced a product 'bleeding' and holy smokes the smell was amazing!

My fave is actually Light Life with a bit of liquid smoke when you cook it. Impossible a strong second. I actually had some of Impossibles sausage this summer at Bar Loui and it was really good-it's not in stores yet....Thanks for trying these for us! I'll stick to what I know lol.

I haven't tried all those but I have tried the Beyond and Impossible. I love the Impossible, it is scary though how it cooks almost how a real hamburger cooks. However the cost is what gets me. I only buy it if it's on sale.

I've only tried Impossible and Beyond. Impossible is my preferred one. I don't know about you, but I have found that Impossible cooks on the grill better when cooked from frozen. If it's thawed, it inevitably falls through the grates.

I love the Dr. Praeger Perfect Burger! I like that it can be baked, which is so easy! Beyond and Impossible are my favorites for on the grill, but this is my go-to home kitchen burger.

It’s funny, I think I’ve made it to a point in my vegan journey that the faux meats are just too much for me🤷♀️ almost like they are too “meaty” for me haha and I almost always go for a plain ol veggie burger because of this. Am I the only vegan that’s like this?

I agree 100% w/Andrew! Impossible and Gardein Ultimate have been in my rotation for a couple of months now. You can't go wrong with either and the Gardein Ultimate was a huge surprise the first time I picked them up on a whim! Unfortunately, I have sworn off ANYTHING LightLife makes after tasting their hot dogs.

I love making meatloaf with impossible. It’s so good! I use it for my non vegan friends snd they love it. Even my moms boyfriend likes it so that’s cool. I’m curious about lightlife. They used to be my favorite grounds for tacos until impossible lol. I love beyonds company and I haven’t tried their new burgers yet but i will become its usually cheaper here than impossible. Nothing will replace impossible ground meat package though.
