I have not found that to be the case with coworkers I've had in my career! I prefer to blunt cut the perimeter but love the look of layers that are point cut

I love your teaching videos. Your videos helped me through Covid to take care of my hair. I have to be honest, I cannot find a hairdresser as on the ball and good in cutting and layering of hair. In order to cut the section from the apex to the lower crown (which is above the Parietal ridge), do you use a guide from the Parietal ridge when you elevate to 180° or are you just cutting a premeasured amount from that vertical section in the crown area as the side section from the perimeter falls out?
