Currently in school right now, finishing in a month. After watching a few of your videos, I've learnt more from you than my teachers. Thank you so much! With your videos, I might be able to pass my exam ❤
Thank you! I would love a video where you demonstrate these techniques on yourself (or have someone else do that under your direction), as doing this on oneself definitely has additional challenges.
I love your teaching videos. Your videos helped me through Covid to take care of my hair. I have to be honest, I cannot find a hairdresser as on the ball and good in cutting and layering of hair. I have been trying, explaining to them, showing photos but they just cannot get it right. With that being said, thank you Summer.
Excellent! One of the best hair cutting tutorials that I have ever watched! I have always cut my own hair, but it was always long. I'm a 2 year breast cancer survivor and now trying to figure out how to cut style my much thinner shoulder length hair. Do you have any tutorials for cuts and styling tips to help thin hair/menopausal hair look thicker with more volume?
Summer is like say thank you for all the tips on cutting hair I'm very greatfill to you ☺️I would like to see a blow dry segment yes so please let me know when that will be going down and I have my twin sis a bob hair cut she loves it so thank you teacher your the bomb !!!
In order to cut the section from the apex to the lower crown (which is above the Parietal ridge), do you use a guide from the Parietal ridge when you elevate to 180° or are you just cutting a premeasured amount from that vertical section in the crown area as the side section from the perimeter falls out?
I have not found that to be the case with coworkers I've had in my career! I prefer to blunt cut the perimeter but love the look of layers that are point cut
Hi Summer. Love your tutorials but am just wondering… you seem to be curling your fingers up rather than cutting parallel to the floor - therefore won’t you be creating a small degree of graduation on the edges?
I like everything about the video, but why are you thinning your hair and texturizing it and will it be thick afterwards? I'm asking because my hairdresser does that to me too and I don't like it.
You are the only person who I can understand when it comes to hair cutting and hair in general. You really are a great instructor!!!
Happy to help!
You are such a good teacher! Your explanations are detailed and easy to understand. Thank you so much.
I'm so happy to hear that! Thank you for watching!

You're a hair goddess. Greetings from Tunisia.
Thank you! 😊
Hey,what is the best haircut for wavy hair?
Wavy hair can do several haircuts! It depends on how thick of thin the hair is!
