God I miss Waylon. I miss his music, I miss the personality I used to see on TV and in interviews and just the fact that he was one hell of a singer, songwriter and guitar player.
Waylon Jennings was one person out of all the people in the world who I wanted to meet but never got the chance to. Rest in peace Hoss. Hope you'll take me for a ride on the other side. Your music has been a constant inspiration and comfort to me through trying and difficult times. Waylons music has always resonated with me in a way that made this ol country boy feel good.
I seen him twice and unreal in Newfoundland once my friend sue got me in free and the other my sister and her husband got me a ticket for samin fest still got the ticket
I remember this album coming out and my father buying it, I was only 8. Myself and my twin brother used to go everywhere with my father. We went the length and breadth of Ireland listening to this album. Dad died last December but he gave me the best taste in music . Listening to this now nearly has me in tears hahaha feck sake.
