The dam instructions book make it seem like I need a dam doctorate in order to figure it out but this video made it thousand times easier!!! Thank you, you saved me lots of time!!
So my baby is colic.she would cry hysterically for no apparent reason and can be fussy at times.All that changed the moment I purchased this and set it up with your easily-to-follow instructional video.within minutes she fell asleep happily.The swing really soothed her.and despite some negative criticism about this product I myself had no complaints.just make sure you purchase a protection plan should anything go wrong it would be replaceable for free.The one thing that is missing would be a recliner feature for the bouncer chair,otherwise this is as good as your gonna get.highly recommended.Thank you so much.we appreciate your time and effort in making this video.
The manual was god awful. I feel like i needed to be a fkn rocket scientist to figure out. My only complaint about this is thr legs just fall off when you pick it up. It shouldnt be like that.
We have one of these things and it's not too bad except that it sucks. We have a cheaper Graco swing like this except you can switch the basket from side to side or front and back swing. But it's kind of chintzy how they didn't make the mobile functionable as it hangs from a plastic hook with a little bungee... Sits stationary, what's the point
New mom in need of help!!!!!!Anyone know how to fix this to make it swing again? Mine stopped working and it makes a weird noise like it’s trying to swing but it won’t.
Yea imma go ahead and say it again, the manual was terrible. Ill go one step further. The pictures need to be bigger/more detailed and we need close ups of specific areas when installing. These details would go a long way.
I got sent a piece Thts not suppose to go out something putting the standing up part one of my pieces Dnt fit if i put it to where it’s suppose to snap the piece sticks out weird n it won’t connect to the other one to stand the swing up raggedy sh!t

How do you guys get it reclined? We built it from the manual but yours looks much more reclined than ours is and we can't figure it out!
