What a horrible video for a brand as big as Graco. The instruction manual that came with the stroller has unhelpful diagrams that don’t show anything clearly. Then this video has the key part blocked out by a red screen. Wtf Graco. Guys don’t make the mistake I did buying this POS. Save your sanity and go with another brand.

This video is incredibly misleading. I spent over 2hrs trying to get this cheap seat to not move and it’s nearly impossible! Having gone from 2 Nuna Ravas that install is a breeze, this is very upsetting. Will be returning. Beyond not safe.

The fact that just removing the toddler seat required 1.5 hours, longnose pliers AND a referral to this pointless video highlights a major design flaw with the support straps. In the end, we pulled the end of the straps out of the levers on the frame which disconnected the rest of the seat. Jimmied another strap between the two levers to asisst in folding it up until reinstalling the toddler seat. Good luck to all, and to all fuck this design.

How did you turn out the cup holder

Graco needs to redesign the latch strap tightening system. The owner's manual DOES NOT SHOW what you do - removing cover and pulling strap straight up. You also have to push the release button while doing this. I am a 200-pound 6'4" man and to get the seat where it is tight and does not move is very difficult. I will be shopping for a better seat.

Happen to have a video on how to transition the seat from a backless booster back to a high back booster?

Thank you!!! After two of us pulling and pushing random buttons i thought maybe i was wrong and its not a booster option. Cant find the booklet lol. But i can swear i remember the big bulky headrest being optional and i put it on because i didnt know where else to store it

What a disgrace from Graco to not only know that there is a huge design flaw with the strap design but also just take it out of the video with absolutely zero solution. Give your heads a shake for whoever made this design decision. For anybody wondering, undo the Velcro at the back, pull both straps through as far as you can, get a flat head screwdriver and start shoving straps through the buckles. What a joke.

1:43 The angle of pulling the strap and pushing down the seat are the keys of tightening the seat. Don't ask me how I know that sh*t, I am in the hospital with wrist injury after many times of fails and one last success
