thanks for the video!.... very well explained. I like the slides as well... very easy to follow.... what program did you use to create these animations?..... Thanks!
Hi, I'm wondering which paper(s) you used, or how do you know the regulators of mTORC2. You say regulators at mTORC2 involve regulations through rictor. Do you have a paper for these caspases, p70S6K and GSk3?
How does exercise leads to inhibition of mTORC1 since its a factor that activates in in the first place? Especially when the diet factors are on point (ex.sufficient nutrients and amino acids such as leucine and BCAA's,caloric surplus, etc and let us not forget insulin's role and especially insulin sensitivity and glycogen replacementin muscles).Exercise leads to muscle fiber damage which is a crucial aspect in Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy and also contributes to the muscle hyperplasia which is the multiplication of muscle cells. And since mTOR leads to cell multiplication, how can exercise suppress it given the above?
Correction: there is no such thing as muscle hyperplasia on weight training, it is a different thing from hypertrophy. And you are taking external factors of lifting into account, such as lifestyle. But exercise on itself is a stress on the body, which makes necessary for the body to start focusing on immediate energetic needs, so it makes sense that during exercise protein synthesis is inhibited.
Im so glad I found your channel! Concepts are explained so clearly and easy to understand, about to watch all your videos! Keep it up!
Amazing, very clear explanation!
a very clear and informative description help me understand!
Very good explanation. Thank you.

Excellent 🎉
your videos are fantastic, thank you!
So cool, what program did you use to create these animations?

Greatest 👍
Where can I find an explanation of the notation ?
👏👏👏

thats not what he said

It could be referring to aerobic exercise as this inhibits mTOR
WTF?
very much claims no proofs in literature
