@14:19 "It's like the Jerky Boys", lol. He meant the "Tube Bar" tapes where they called the old guy who owned the bar in Jersey who got pranked with all the fake names back in the 70's WAAAAY before the Simpsons ripped it off (as well as many others).
I like to imagine 'Boulevard of Broken Dreams' playing in 'Day of The Flecko' after Rocko goes back home. I also like to play The Struts's 'Could've been me' whenever I think back to 'Wallaby on Wheels' That song really captures Rocko to a T.
