Tai Chi exercise seems to help me
I do knees over toes, it may have a similar mechanisms that makes it work. strengthen the area around the knee but not the conventional way.
PT has worked the best for me...got rid of the brace and built up muscles around knee and feel so much more stable and pain free
may i ask: in which part of the knee did/do you have problems? And of what kind ?
