I wanted to show you guys the location of the TPMS module on the 2013-2018 Ram 1500 and possible problems with TPMS system. Dealer wanted $600 for a new tire pressure monitoring module and I was told that my had failed. Reality was the technicians never even actually touched it and it was very dirty.
Symptoms: wheels reading the wrong spot or wheels not showing at all.
Update: I am working with a few others to try and locate the module on the 2014-18 ram...I’ll post on here when I have that info
Update: I have searched all over my 2019 Ram and can’t find the tpms module, I also reached out to the dealer and to FCA directly and they wouldn’t give me the location either...I’m going to keep trying to find for you guys.

I put new wheels and tires on my 2024 Power Wagon. 17’ to 20 with 35” and the first thing that happened is the front left tire with the same error message. So it is at Dodge dealer and thank you because I’ll no doubt get that bill you mentioned and I’ll be so much lighter by much more than $600 hundred bucks. At least I have some ammo now to protest this. Thanks.

Thank you for putting this video out!!! My husband done crushed his iPhone and all kinds of things went wrong for him while he was scoping out this problem. Said he searched the internet for 45 minutes googling the specific code and couldn’t find anything. I google searched and this was the second video after the dealer video on the TPMS Sensors only. Helpful for off-road drivers!!!

I just bought my first truck. I love Ram.! I appreciate this video. When I first bought the truck I said that I would do everything to keep it in good condition. I bought it at a used car lot. The ABS light was on along with the brake light and tire light. I just paid 617 to have to replace my abs sensors!!!! I diffidently will continued watch your channel!! Thanks

I have a 13 1500 with a 5.7 and I just did this last night. Disconnected and sprayed some electronic cleaner. Since last night I’ve driven over 100 miles. Light is no longer flashing. Hopefully it stays this way. Thanks man!

I just bought a one owner 2015 ram R/T single cab and I found out through research that dealers are charging upwards of 5 to 6 hundred dollars just to change the spark plugs on one. That’s ridiculous .I’m glad there are guys like you to better educate ram owners and do it yourselfers like me and save us a lot of money at the same time. And changing the plugs on one of these really isn’t that difficult and certainly not worth 6 hundred dollars. Thanks man appreciate your help! 👍🇺🇸🛠

Awesome video, I’m going through the same problem. Just had the bad sensor changed and the next day it came back on. Checked the dash and it was the same sensor.

I had the same thing for a month and I cleaned the cables, I bought a liquid to clean electrical cables, thank you, it was very useful, my sensors are all new and the mechanic said I'll give you a diagnosis for 150 dollars, I only bought the electrical cable cleaning liquid, I only paid 10 dollars I'll give you a thousand likes

Thanks for the info. I bought new tires and the left front sensor no longer works. Took it back to the tire shop twice. They replaced the module and still no reset. I'll follow your guidance. Thanks.

Thanks man! My LR has been on causing issues with state inspections. My truck is a conversion from dealer with 6” lift and 37’s but it’s a dealer conversion so I was raged when this has been off and on issue...
