    Never knew Sassoon lived in Heytesbury or that the Romans brought the yellow peril. Thank you for the information, for the lovely walk, and for the evocative poem.

    I have just thoroughly enjoyed watching this thank you James. YOU are inspiring. You put this across perfectly. I knew nothing of Sassoon before watching this. I will have to find out more about him. What a beautiful walk. Very interesting. Thank you for sharing with us.

    Appreciate your videos , my main interest is pre-history but working my way through your back catalogue have been informed on many other subjects, this video being an example. Enjoyed seeing the sites I have already been to and found new places to explore when I travel to the Wiltshire and Somerset areas, which I do several times a year, I metaphorically ‘doffed’’ my hat to you when I passed through Westbury 2 weeks ago en route to Glastonbury.
