*BEFORE YOU COMMENT* 1) Yes, the PC was laggy that day. I upgraded it since this video, check the improvement in my latest flight sim videos! 2) It is a CHEAP cockpit. Some of the hardware was given by friends, other was found for a bargain on amazon, throttle quadrant was donated by FlightSimPM. Overall cost was under €400. I did NOT spend extra money for a better PC or bigger screen as I used that money to fund my real life pilot training. I have already passed my MEIR and MECPL and will be doing my MCC/JOC in a real life 737 simulator in due course. Either way, I upgraded to a projector/home cinema installation.

It's actually funny but it's not an app :p He uses, just like me (I actually copied him :p), a "Window Tablet": He connects it to his PC using a simple USB cable, and then undocks the FMC in the Sim and drags it to the tablet. As simple as that :)
I have a Surface 4 and would like to do that too. Do you know if this can be done wirelessly through WiFi?
The problem is that everything needs to be running on the same graphics card. you could find a way to somehow stream it and be able to interact with it (like teamview) But that brings other implications like lag and having your mouse/pointer in other places etc..
There's an FMC app for android you can connect to PMDG, Aerosoft etc. But it costs like £25
