I love your Saturday classes so much. Thank you for having them. I don't always catch them live but then I catch up after. I love how my listing TN is looking. I would like to nominate my good friend Cherdeen's Mom Rosie Pettas for the printer. She is an amazing, sweet, generous and fun-loving person who always smiles and has a positive outlook. She's been battling cancer for the last few years and still manages to have a positive outlook. Lately she has expressed interest in a small printer so she can take lots of pictures of her big family and print them on the spot. Thank you. And thank you to the person donating. Very generous.
I’d like to nominate my daughter. She can’t really afford one right now due to some medical and dental bills, plus car issues. She loves to scrapbook and I keep telling her this printer would be perfect for her. She needs to feed her creative outlet, as her whole life has changed this year. Her job changed to working from home, and her kids are often home for schooling as well. The generosity of the donor is amazing!
This would be a great gift for my crafty friend, Carolyn Haggerty. She's a recently retired Grandma who has temporarily moved in with her daughter's family to help with remote learning and to watch the littles so their parents can go to work. She's always so giving of her time and talents. I know she misses her scrapbooking supplies/crafty time and this would absolutely thrill her to be able to print her photos and plan for future crops!
I want to nominate Beth McMichael despite battling and kicking cancers a$$ she is always there for her friends/family. She has always managed to keep a upbeat attitude and be a constant support to those around her. I know I could not have made it through the last 2 years without my favorite Buckeye. She has listened, supported, cried with me, kicked my butt when I needed it but, mostly gave me unconditional love and support. She always helps me find a reason to laugh even through the tears. You make me proud to call you friend even if you are a Buckeye fan. Love you-- wolverine ❤❤❤
I am nominating Karyn Haines! What with all her printer issues, and because it has been an amusement and something to make me chuckle whenever she and everyone else is commenting on and giving suggestions, to stop the murder of said printer, hahaha. Thank you for all you do. I love each and every Saturday (or whatever day it ends up that I actually watch it).

I'd like to nominate my dear friend Jana Mangum. She is the most kindest and giving person in the world, she would do anything to help anyone. I she is always there instantly for me when I am have a hard time or in the good times. I gave her a grandma's brag book for christmas and I would love for her to be able to print pictures to put it in of her darling granddaughters. Hello, I’m about to watch this episode but just wanted to say.......my journey with Layle started when I googled ‘scrapbooking COVID’ and Layle was my first hit. Not long after Layle started her free online TN sessions every week without missing a beat, we as her community never missed out even during her virtual retreat bookings. We are so very lucky. I watch every session on Sunday morning West Australia time with my cappuccino and my feet up lol. I can’t stay awake until midnight our time to see live, my 9pm is the new midnight.
Layle I just want to extend my thanks to your dedication to us and wish you, yours and everyone a very happy 2021 and cheers to more TN sessions. I would seriously support your business if postage didn’t cost me more than the products to ship them here. Ever go digital on anything and I’m in. Again thank you 🙏😀

If it's open to people outside the US, I'd like to nominate my crafty friend Heather Boswall! Great video! So nice to know there are still good people in this world. I would like to nominate my daughter. She has 3 children and she and her husband work very hard. She cannot afford anything like this but would love it. She is always helping others even when it takes away from her family even though they are barely scraping by. What an amazing way to start the year - I hung out for all 3 hours and enjoyed EVERY MINUTE - looking forward to this being my new Saturday morning habit. I'd like to nominate my oldest son's girlfriend, Emily. She is working hard to get her freelance photography business off the ground and has been looking for a personal printer that is reliable and great quality so she can create mini books for her clients. She recently took up Hobonichi and is so excited to combine both mediums. They both don't make a lot of money as a young couple and I'd love to gift it to her.
I had a stress induced heart attack at the age of 44 in summer of 2018, followed by my youngest being admitted for a suicide attempt in Jan 2019. We're still paying off the massive bills both hospital stays incurred and slowly climbing back to "normal" after my husband was furloughed in March 2020 due to Covid shutting down his restaurant. Otherwise, I'd be running to buy one for her as my fondest wish is for her and my son to be prosperous and happy. This is such an amazing gesture to pay it forward and a light to shine on the kindness and love that is still out there in this world. Thank you, Ms. Layle for the opportunity and many blessings to your sweet friend for the donation!

My daughter, Maggie Young, introduced me to your videos so I would like to nominate her for your giveaway. When she was PCS'd to Japan she sent me my first TN. I was afraid to use it! If I'd known about you back then maybe I would've been a little less afraid! We used to Skype and journal in our TNs together. Sometimes she stayed up late and sometimes I had to get up really early, but we loved it. We still journal together via Skype, but at least now she's only an hour's drive away. And sometimes we're able to join you on Saturdays. 😊
Hi Layle and amazing gerous person, can I please nominate Terry Lehto (hope I got the sp), I always watch on replay as like Cathy & I know there is another Aussie I'm sorry I just can't do 4am, but I love reading the chat as well as watching cause it makes me feel like I am there, every time Terry reminds us about clicking like I immediately do it - and yes I forget every single time, until I get her reminder. I appreciate how much she wants to (I assume get you to the top of the algorithm) share you, your help etc and the great group of Layle Fanners with other ppl. On a totally diffgerent note, I picked up my birthday present from August 2020 yesterday (yep 5 months late) a CRICUT Maker! And guess what, we discovered today my 7 year old laptop can't talk to it. After 4 hours of frustration, & a few tears my husband told me he was going to town to buy me a new computer - yes sometimes he is truly fabulous. He asked if I wanted to go with and I was like "nope not after the morning Ive just had, I just want to sit in my office & watch Layle and read what everyone is up to and write in my journal and feel better about the world". So here I am, and I DO feel better ;) We joke about how my Mum bought me a dishwasher years ago & we had to get a new 65K off grid solar system to run it. So now I can joke that I got a Cricut & had to get a new computer to run it...... next I might get a bathing suit in the hope that I get a pool to wear it in... lol

I would like to nominate Julie Brundage Lowry to win the printer. Julie is an elementary school teacher who has gone out of her way to stay connected with her students during these trying times. Her school is on a hybrid set up with half her class meeting in person on Mondays and Tuesdays, and the other half on Thursdays and Fridays (the students are virtual on their days at home). When there is an outbreak, classes are completely virtual. Some kids have adjusted well and others struggle. Julie makes sure she does all she can to keep the kids engaged and helping them succeed. At the of the last school year (June 2020), Julie visited (masked and distanced) every single student to give them an end of the year gift and wish them well. Julie is my cousin and my scrapbooking buddy!

Would it have worked to end the washi tape prior to where joy is put?

I just purchased the Epson printer. I hope you will have the how to use the printer video soon. It only prints one corner of the picture and the borders are all off. I;m thinking I'll have to contact Epson for help.
Hmmmm, that is odd. Nothing I have seen before. Have you tried unplugging it and letting it sit a bit and then plugging it back in? You might also try to install the drivers again (if you're printing from your computer vs your phone). I'm sure Epson will be able to help!
