I can't help but think of those cartoon buzzards when I look at Ron's shirt....awww, too cool....gotta love it !!! Keith, I'll keep the bed warm for ya,baby.. ;)
There's another Barbarians concert where Woody plays his '54 Strat thru out. It's the greatest Strat tone I've ever heard. Keith plays the same tv yellow Jr. The contrasting tones are perfect.
Feel sorry for Rod here... No Tetsu on Bass, No Kenny Jones on Drums - unlike a year Later in the same building. Funny Thing is, a year later they played this track a little faster and Rod sang higher and louder .... What's missing here?
This whole performance was I think the first time they ever played these songs live. In other clips (I think specifically, "If You Gotta Make a Fool of Somebody"?) Ron needs to read the lyrics off of a paper. And they keep messing up the words. Since Rod is just a guest singer, he probably didn't rehearse much.
Everything about this, from the players, to the feel, to the raunch...is perfect.
The raunch is what makes it!
Mac ,the supreme rock'n'roll piano player in full cry !!
Mac was really somethin' ! Kept busy all his career, really can boogie.
Mr. Stewart always managed to luck out with his musical companions.
Ronnie Lane showed him how to sing - and dress.
Still groovin' in 2020. This stuff never gets old and neither will I.
When ticket prices were still around $5 a piece, remember it well!
How much fun can you possibly have, wow! So dang good!
Can't get any much better than this
Ronnie Wood is the ultimate sessions player! Played on rod Stewart's gasoline Alley The rolling Stones! Far East man for George Harrison!
I’d wear those cool feathers!!! Willie is always steady & well dressed!!

WILLIE WEEKS
Band is tight !
Had The Faces remained a 'band' and Rod didn't get a larger font on the album covers...great riffs!
ROCK n' FUCKIN' ROLL!!
Great song!!
back when live shows were thick with ganj and magic was in the air and the focus was on the music.
Great song! Great band👍
I can't help but think of those cartoon buzzards when I look at Ron's shirt....awww, too cool....gotta love it !!! Keith, I'll keep the bed warm for ya,baby.. ;)

Rod Stewart solo era invitado en esos tiempos
Ron Wood, Keith Richards, First Barbarians - Take A Look at the Guy (Spec. Guest Rod Stewart) Some good stuff .
So Mike, is this before they became the Rolling Stones?
Jan Hots No no, this was in 1974. The Stones have been around in since 1962. This was when Ron Wood went solo
Jan Hots They all went there separate way for a couple of years and worked on there on stuff but they never did break up .
Mike Hand Thanks, Mike, YOU know I'm still playing catch up, lol.
Jan Hots Jan they were just idol for a few years and Mick recorded some of his own as so did Keith with the X-Pensive Winos to .

Canaboy12 Wood is great. But Rod is on another level, c’mon
Feel sorry for Rod here... No Tetsu on Bass, No Kenny Jones on Drums - unlike a year Later in the same building. Funny Thing is, a year later they played this track a little faster and Rod sang higher and louder .... What's missing here?
Why feel sorry?
