The last time i decided to adopt a moth.. they got me krilled and turns out it was a veteran trolling people :’) since then, i have never trusted a moth unless i can smell moth on them.. which is rare. Also, animation on point! Defs earned a sub from me, and thank you to youtube for putting this on my recommended.

my first friend was a veteran named Tomil, and we became friends when I was going through Eden and they led me through. since then, when they're online, I've been showing them my "milestones" (new cosmetics, etc) and they're always supportive. I took them as a role model and since then have been helping moths. I have a lot of friends that are moths, and it's always fun to see when they get new cosmetics and stuff. really, if it wasn't for the motivation veteran friends like Tomil gave me, I probably wouldn't have progressed like I did!

My first experience with vets is when me and another moth just let ourselves get dragged through the forest and wasteland map. At first I thought those two vets are doing the quest just like me but then I realized that they didn't do the spirits and their clothes are different. Now I know that they're actually doing candle run. Back then, I thought they're doing speedrunning or something

They said they had someone online that could help. We all held hands and I thought we were off to do the treehouse. At this point I hadn't done wasteland yet, I'd been backtracking to walled off areas (how I found the treehouse quest). So my first experience with a krill was my guide getting us hit in the back. Reminded me of the monsters in journey, so not really scary. Enough runs of journey numbs you. They just become annoying. I felt so bored since I wasn't physically playing and wondering why we weren't going to treehouse, I couldn't see what his friend was saying. I thought maybe we were heading to some other quest. But after a while of whizzing through places and burning plants, his friend waved goodbye and left. He had to get off too. I was left confused and annoyed. Went to wasteland later on my own to get spirits. Eventually got the treehouse done with other people. I help others with it when I can since it was such a pain to need others to complete. Been playing for almost a week now and have done all the quests. Only one seasonal spirit left to do in wastelands. It's super annoying to get and I don't know if I care for the expression...but the completionist in me says otherwise. Will be taking a pillow or jar or something when I feel up to it.
The days when we felt like the protagonist of a movie and learning new things to get stronger until we turn into just a side character or a sensei- after years of playing sky.
This reminds me of one of my first friends in sky. They’re an ikeman and a veteran, and they found me as a moth wandering around the hidden forest treehouse with no wing charge 💀 We went weeks playing together without every saying a word until they put down a chat table one day. One problem came from that: they only speak Japanese and I speak English, but it turns out they really wanted to talk to me, so they started using an automatic translator. Months later we still talk+play together everyday and I’m now learning bits of Japanese to get closer to them, being able to say hellos, goodbyes, goodnights, etc ^^ 💞💞💞 I love them a lot. Sky really is a very special game
I adopted 16 moths so far. Never decline a friend request, because it could come across as mean or rude. Besides, most likely the person will eventually learn how to send people gifts of light. There's no downsides to having a ton of friends, really!
I was a moth back then and when i became somewhat kind of an expert i started helping moths and they become my friends. Next thing i know they're also got their moths of their own and it's just heartwarming and kina bittersweet to see them grow. I feel like a mother and all of them grew up and went in their own path. It is stressful at first but those are the times that you will miss when they all go their own way :'). Now i wonder if that's what my senpais felt when I learned everything and started my own journey alone.

I also always help moths when I find them in tight spots, such as once, during my run to Eden I friended a moth and brought her to a safer place. I placed a table and chatted with her. I have friended some to help them, but they just run away and ignore me. Later, I got busier so I don't have the chance to log in Sky as often. I wish to experience everything in such way again

I started playing a week ago. I was so lost and by the time I finished hidden forest, I died numerous times. So yesterday I was making a sky video for my friend, and I went to eden to show her the flying shortcut :)) at the second part door, I met a moth who was really cute and lit me up and gave me a candle to be friends!! In return I led her through eden safe and sound haha and when I put out my table the moth was squealing about how she wanted ‘my wings’ and how she wanted to be friends with me even thought we are already friends HAHAHAH,,, it’s times like this that reminds me of when I was a moth and a newbie who had just started out T.T how time passes honestly :))
I am a veteran sky kid myself, and I accidentally adopted a moth. Luckily, she is independent, and learned everything on her own, but she needs help finding winged light. She has gotten up to 7 wings/bursts. I'm totally proud or her, and after years, her avatar is cute. She learned some things in sky. This also helped her social anxiety. ❤

I usually get distracted when a moth befriends me. Whether I was doing dailies or collecting candles, as soon as I hold their hands I just stick around where they wanna go for a while.

I like the direction and the artwork/ animation. Sure it could all be more polished, but: it has a completed narrative! It tells the story of a veteran ikemen befriending a moth. Good work! Improve one step at a time and don't rush things!
I joined sky during Prophecy and got adopted by a Belonging veteran. They taught me all the tips and tricks to survive wasteland (like the beloved play dead / home button trick, rip). Once a week we would run Eden together. Now, I'm a veteran who helps moths through wasteland. I guard the moths from crabs and krills and always take hits for them. I find it fun and heartwarming.
My kind irl friend was my vet as a moth. It was all so pretty and I wanted to see everything, and I was just excitedly dragging them around and then hiding behind them at scaring things. Standing beside teach other I looked like an excitable younger sibling being humoured by their big sib lol
Well my sister is a moth and I had to guide her through the golden wasteland we had to deal with the dragon and I never visit the golden wasteland because of the dragons I had to plan how we are going to get through but it was a success and we made it through and then I told my sister that Iam never doing a plan like this ever again (hello I hope this comment made your day better)

I join her whenever she's online and it was wholesome to look after moths. Though, a while later, I lacked motivation to friend moths. I have friended some to help them, but they just run away and ignore me. Later, I got busier so I don't have the chance to log in Sky as often. I wish to experience everything in such way again

I started playing a week ago. I was so lost and by the time I finished hidden forest, I died numerous times. But then I found a friend who patiently walked me through all the spirits, winged lights and reals, every single one of them. He also took me to Eden amd helped me cross it. I'm really so grateful.
Hi! So yesterday I was making a sky video for my friend, and I went to eden to show her the flying shortcut :)) at the second part door, I met a moth who was really cute and lit me up and gave me a candle to be friends!! In return I led her through eden safe and sound haha and when I put out my table the moth was squealing about how she wanted ‘my wings’ and how she wanted to be friends with me even thought we are already friends HAHAHAH,,, it’s times like this that reminds me of when I was a moth and a newbie who had just started out T.T how time passes honestly :))

I am a veteran sky kid myself, and I accidentally adopted a moth. Luckily, she is independent, and learned everything on her own, but she needs help finding winged light. She has gotten up to 7 wings/bursts. I'm totally proud or her, and after years, her avatar is cute. She learned some things in sky. This also helped her social anxiety. ❤
I remember when i was scared of Eden.. Iam not playing that long (instatly started playing when it came out on switch) and a Veteran helped me whole time he was so nice and i made it to the end

I usually get distracted when a moth befriends me. Whether I was doing dailies or collecting candles, as soon as I hold their hands I just stick around where they wanna go for a while.
This is so damn true i tried to find moths in praire and i found one and babysits them and then another moth comes and i babysits all of em man i say goodbye to them when it was at the gate of rock room and they never came online back hope they can online back and maybe the moths that i help maybe becomes Ikemens now i envy them ngl haha.

I joined sky during Prophecy and got adopted by a Belonging veteran. They taught me all the tips and tricks to survive wasteland (like the beloved play dead / home button trick, rip). Once a week we would run Eden together.
Now, I'm a veteran who helps moths through wasteland. I guard the moths from crabs and krills and always take hits for them. I find it fun and heartwarming.

My kind irl friend was my vet as a moth. It was all so pretty and I wanted to see everything, and I was just excitedly dragging them around and then hiding behind them at scaring things. Standing beside teach other I looked like an excitable younger sibling being humoured by their big sib lol

Well my sister is a moth and I had to guide her through the golden wasteland we had to deal with the dragon and I never visit the golden wasteland because of the dragons I had to plan how we are going to get through but it was a success and we made it through and then I told my sister that Iam never doing a plan like this ever again (hello I hope this comment made your day better)
