- By the time my dream cosmetics arrive, I’m already attached to something else.
This was intended to welcome leaping dancer’s revisit but I didn’t have time to finish it before I took a hiatus back in July. A lot did happen this week huh, it almost feel like going against the hype to post now 💦
This will resonate best with year 3 players but I hope everyone out there can enjoy the humor, or find it relatable in some ways.

This is such a mood. Sky became infinitely more fun when I let go of saving ahead for specific cosmetics and bought whichever cool ones came by. One day I'll get the Gratitude bull mask, but in the meantime I've made peace with not having it. ^-^

fr, I thought I'd be a fox outfit person or something but I ended up being an ikemen.
At the end of the day, Sky is one big glorified dress up game with open world exploration. Take it easy on yourself and remember to have fun, friends!

The story + The large customization + the friends you make in the journey it's what keep the game alive
it was so fun at first, but the pressure to grin every single day for cosmetics did a lot on my health. :'( just wish I could bring back the fun of exploration from the early days again!
@@caprishy Absolutely. Sky does have a lot of interesting worldbuilding, but lore pieces can only get you so far. The rest of it is largely up to us to fill with our own stories and headcanons, and customization options really help with that kind of creative expression. I adore this playerbase for those exact reasons. You get to see a different take on Sky through a new lens every day.
@@alotltohandle I'm so sorry to hear you say that. If only Sky's world was infinite so there was more to explore forever! Remember that it isn't the cosmetics that make you special. I once met a very fashionable stranger who turned out to be a rude, argumentative, and overbearing person. No amount of fancy capes and masks can cover up a bad friend. The cosmetics are just that: a dress up game to help you express yourself through clothing. But by no means is that a necessity for making friends and enjoying the world of Sky. I hope you can find the fun in it again soon. :,)

I’m just happy they didn’t suffer much of a burnout. Those can really get you down, so I am in admiration of their tenacity, even beyond death lmao
i once got burnout of sky cotl and didnt play for a whole season + 20 days of another one

The sharp cut from impossible speeds to …😑 in Prarie RIGHT BACK TO UNGODLY SPEED- man that had me dead 😭✋ great animation!! 💛
Recently I found out that you can collect 18-19 candles easily from only 3 locations.
• you start from candle boost area (regular it's 8-10 candles from this one location if you collect ALL POSSIBLE WAX, and 11 candles if you was lucky and there's also a black shard, and geyser or grandma)
• next location is whatever location with your daily tasks (about 4-6 candles from here)
• and finish with all 4 trials included all wax from dawn island (it will be 2-4 candles)
It's quite easier than whole candle run through all locations. Especially when you learn all shortcuts from all trials
The first ever Mask you get is the most special it’s a reminisce of your first journey in “Sky”.

I remember candle running aggressively when Daydream first appeared for me as a TS. Still in my top 2 hair styles with the long wavy mischief hair

It’s also my top 1 favourite hairstyle, I remember doing a lot of cr to get the hair from the ts and i still wear it often till today :D
I hope you get it soon! The Assembly squad is going to stop by for Days of Sunlight in September. Fingers crossed that all of them will have their spirit trees open to buy from.

Ah this is so fun. I remember finishing my first dream outfit and it's still one of my favorites today.

@@unwantedsoul5274 Mine is the Peaking Postman pants, Spinning Mentor Cape or Journey Cape, Mischief Witch Hair(The long wavy), Forest Elder Mask and Flower Crown.
Second favorite is same Mask, but with Season of Flight Guide Ultimate Pants, Warrior of Love Cape, and Daydream Forester hair/Tinkering Chimesmith hair with Flower Crown.

the callback to scrolling through tons of masks after a few years of the game compared to as a moth and just seeing blank stars is so so touching :’) love your animations as always !

I like that his head looks exactly the same as the model in the game. While he returned as a ts, I accidentally turned the camera to the “right angle” and almost died of laughter
I did not expect Yo-kai Watch music to fit so well with Sky.
Also, this is actually really sweet. Perhaps the real dream was the memories we made along the way.

The parts where the speedrun grinded to a halt at the eight player room and the wait for the ts were way too real hahahaha... 🥲 I expected the sassy mask to be retired so I was surprised at the end, but the ending was still really sweet! 💙

honestly just seeing the ending, just makes ya feel all bittersweet. The player grew up in a way. they saw cool players. wanted to be like them. had a mission, it was long perilous journey to get there and, in the end, they look back at what they started with. a memory never forgotten

I was a moth in season of passage. Looked up which cosmetics I wanted, made a little list, made peace with the fact that it may take many years to get the ones I wanted, especially since some (like the Cannoneer) hadn't even returned yet, all of that...... and then EVERYone I wanted to appear just kind of appeared. One right after another after another. It is an absolute blessing... but my body isn't blessing me, because I have had to run around like a madman candle running ever since I was a moth!
Also, I loved the part where you tore the mask off of the bird man. Good to know someone else thinks about his funny shaped head lol
And NOW Jelly Whisperer is coming. Time to keep on running!!!!! 👍👍👍

I am a firm believer that almost every player has ‘that one item’ that has stuck with them, mine is probably the yellow cape cause it was my first cape or the chibi mask cause it was the first thing I saved up for ^^

A fellow prince moth. Mine was the lightseeker cape and hat that came right after admirer. You got your dream pants early. After 2 years I held a knife to anyone I saw wearing those sleek boots and told them to hand them over XD

Agh. This is so cute!! I remember the days when I loved playing sky so much I went to eden literally every week and full ran all the realms every day. The excitement of being a moth. I still love Sky as much as I did a year and a half ago. But sometimes it becomes tedious and tiring. Sometimes I just want to sleep by the bonfire in the Hidden Forest.
