Now that was pretty cool how you got the roller out. And you showed the structural strength of the Roku age.of that roller. I mean they're okay just couldn't handle its own weight being picked up off the ground, I don't believe that a dirt Claude would bend it
Just gotta love those weekend work boots. Trust it to be the sheep (foot roller) to go the wrong way and cause a minor accident. Great to see several members of the fleet in action - gosh it's going to be a lovely pond.
Love watching you play those machines like a maestro plays their instruments. You know their capabilities so well (glad you weren't hurt). That pond is going to be beautiful and I can't wait to see your full vision fulfilled. Nice seeing Robert too. Thank you Chris for bringing us along.
I'm not surprised the ROPS bar made a good handle. it was specifically designed to support the weight of that machine as it was tumbling down the side of a hill, that's why it's called roll over protection and not falling objects protection...I don't know if I'd have done that before I watched you do it but now......
Salut,tu fais vraiment un travail de qualité et de toute beauté. Je t'apprécie et te respecte énormément. Encore bravo pour tout ce travail et tous ce temps passé à faire ces vidéos. Un immense MERCI. 😉👋👋👋
Hell Chris everybody makes mistakes from time to time! There's nothing to give you grief about. You're damned good at what you do and we love watching you do it to. That's gonna be one very beautiful pond once you finish it.
I think the grief he was saying people were gonna give him was from the way he lifted the roller up by the ROPS. That sucker didnt even appear to budge any and that little roller isnt light!
When I saw your "oopsie" and how you guys solved it, I was thinking to myself "that's not what I would do". That's the difference between me (an amateur) and a professional. You got it done and got back to work. No harm, no foul.
Chris the amount of work you accomplish is amazing. Betty standing on her toes pushing dirt for you. Can't believe you picked up the roller. Holding my breath. Wow who knew. Take care have a good weekend.
I wonder when the roller was being engineered, someone thought it may needed to be picked up and moved and they built the canopy to be able to do that.
Smooth move lifting the compactor. Everybody has made a mistake of going a little to far. Glad it wasn't worse. Your pond will be full fast. Looking great.
How much does that roller weigh? Five or Six tons? I suppose Chris was safe enough using the roll bar as the whole point of it is to support the weight of the roller if it tips over. The excavator's lift capacity obviously depends on how far the bucket is from the undercarriage, but it looked to be right on the verge of not being able to lift the roller.
Pond is looking great Chris, good job brother! Thanks for sharing Chris, Kirk from Louisiana sending prayers for you and your family! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👌🏻👌🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Chris, you are digging a pond much like mine where the woods come close to the water in many places. Mine is bigger (7 acres), but the concept is very similar. I love the way it looks from the camp. I have, however, cleared some trees behind the dam so I can have room to turn the tractor when I'm mowing the dam. I can't wait to see yours completed.
Futures looking very bright for your farm, you gotta wear shades. Perfect pond building ground about like the clay we used to play with growing up, get it wet and form it into any shape you wish also makes great pond liners.
I hope your weather forecasters are better than mine up in PA. They call for over an inch of rain up here and we get a 3 minute shower. I feel sorry for any contractors trying to plan out work by their inaccurate forecast.
Coming along very well, taking shape. Going to be a beautiful pond with trees looking on!!! Older equipment very functional. Luv to see Betty. God's blessings and be careful!
So convenient the roller came with a carry handle bro, sue makes rescuing it a breeze. Pond is sure coming along fast from the time you started moving dirt. Safe travels
WOW!!! We got Big Betty & Baby Betty all in one episode!!! Ponds looking great!!! My neighbors got a pond that size, but it's +- 80' deep here in western NC ;-) Well done sir 🙂
I like watch the progress on these pond builds it is very informative.I live in Wisconsin and we need to go much deeper on our ponds because we get very thick ice and all the fish will die from lack of oxygen.I know many people with ponds and the only ones who don't have massive fish kill have at least one end that is 20 to 25 deep with an airator. Some years we get 30+ inches of ice and have to put extensions on the ice auger when ice fishing. With all the ponds you dig I am surprised not to see you or your clients install any windmill airators.
Hey Chris, I'm in west central Florida by the beach and two days my neighbor had three giant truckloads of super dark red clay delivered to his house for some reason. I thought, Chris could build a pond damn with that!
Well Chris, it is always a good idea to stress test the safety devices on the equipment. Frankly, I thought the roll over roof on the sheeps foot held up much better than I thought it would. LOL. Nice job, the pond is definitely on the short leg. Thanks for sharing.
Your pond dam is really comiong along and then OPPPPPSSS!! Chris went a bit Too far. But hey, the Roller came with a nice handle that just gentley pick it up and put it back on level ground. LOL.
The roll bar has to be very sturdy to protect the operator. So I wasn't worried, maybe a little. Thiscwill be an amazing feature on your property. Great job.
I was a golf and turf mechanic for a john deere dealer and any time we got a non running machine in we would pick them up the same way using the rollbar. Its actually a very common way to move machines especially zero turns all the way up to bigger tractors.
A Hot Flip Flop Friday and Betty gets a Work Out ! You can now Really see the Overall Pond Size - it will be Beautiful indeed ! More Progress Today and You sounded Happy ! Pack it Down ! Roller wanting to go the other Way - a Gentle Extraction was needed - ah - small Incidents do happen - no one got Hurt and on we go ! Great Video and many Cheers from Australia !!!!
Don't take blame. With these videos your in SHOW BUSINESS. Tell people you did it to entertain us. You never make mistakes in real life. We are your fans and will take your side.
I was stressing a little with 8 Bolts holding down the Safety roof. But worked out well, Fitted the Bucket like a Glove LOL Dam or pond as you guys call em is coming along real nice Chris.
Oops, at least the roller didn’t roll over (no pun intended). The pond is really taking shape, going to be a nice addition to the property, thanks for the video sir.
Great video as always. There were some weird color shifts between about 15:00 and 30:00. At one point I was wondering why you were building the dam with top soil! A camera thing or editing software thing?
It could have been worse. It could have gone down behind the house pad on DP's video from yesterday. Those packer amaze me on where they can go, and where they can't. Thank you and be safe.
A real game changer, that grading bucket. That right hand hose bugs me out, although who can complain when you had an oops early on and a Mario kart exit pre finale cutting such a smooth edge. Friday's complete.
Gettin close now Chris! It’s gonna look REALLY good back in those trees!. Now you can’t push the videos out fast enough for me!! Haha. I wanna see the end result!! 😊😊
We haven`t seen you in flipflops for a while. Ol` Betty isn't fast but she can throw her weight against any dirt pile. Scoop, dump, pack, repeat 500+ times. The Pond Master has his technique. No Evil Kinevel gap jumping allowed with Rodney Roller. Good thing that canopy is strong. Pond is looking like a pond.
I will say Chris it looks like it’s going to a teardrop pond it’s looking really good the more you get done the better you can tell what it is going to turn out very cool but yeah rolling on the top is smoother than the side but funny 👍😎🇺🇸NY
Who knew rollers came with a convenient carry handle? 😅
Most boys under the age of ten .
😂😂
Who knew
I see Chris has a new pick up line😂😂😂
Now that was pretty cool how you got the roller out. And you showed the structural strength of the Roku age.of that roller. I mean they're okay just couldn't handle its own weight being picked up off the ground, I don't believe that a dirt Claude would bend it
Just gotta love those weekend work boots. Trust it to be the sheep (foot roller) to go the wrong way and cause a minor accident. Great to see several members of the fleet in action - gosh it's going to be a lovely pond.
My boss has a set just like them. I often compliment his bravery for welding in safety sandals.
Looks great!! That was too easy for you to just pluck the compactor out of there!! Good roll bar!! Luck on your side!!
I catch myself cranking my neck to the side when you are working on a slope, doing my part to keep Chris safe.
Love watching you play those machines like a maestro plays their instruments. You know their capabilities so well (glad you weren't hurt). That pond is going to be beautiful and I can't wait to see your full vision fulfilled. Nice seeing Robert too. Thank you Chris for bringing us along.
What would Clint from C&C say as you picked up that roller, “Not my roller” 😂 Nice job!
I'm not surprised the ROPS bar made a good handle. it was specifically designed to support the weight of that machine as it was tumbling down the side of a hill, that's why it's called roll over protection and not falling objects protection...I don't know if I'd have done that before I watched you do it but now......
Hi Chris, at least you've got the kit to do your own recoveries 😊. Regards to you all and have a good weekend . Richard 🇬🇧
Cool to see things take shape thanks for sharing 😅😅😅😅
I’m impressed on the strength of the ROPS on your compactor.
I mean it's designed to withstand it rolling down a hill upside down
Now if I had tried that, I would have pulled the ROPS clean off!
I’m glad the compactor incident was very minor sir. I could see you glowing playing in the dirt with Betty! The pond is looking beautiful.
He loves his big girl.
She just needed someone to believe she could still do her thing.
I can't believe that whole roller machine could be lifted off the ground just by using that cab overhang! That's a veteran move my friend. Well done.
Salut,tu fais vraiment un travail de qualité et de toute beauté. Je t'apprécie et te respecte énormément. Encore bravo pour tout ce travail et tous ce temps passé à faire ces vidéos. Un immense MERCI. 😉👋👋👋

I think the grief he was saying people were gonna give him was from the way he lifted the roller up by the ROPS. That sucker didnt even appear to budge any and that little roller isnt light!
That looked looked like a great use of the mandated cage
I love watching what Chris can do with a grading bucket, but dang, that floppy hydraulic hose bugs the crap out of me. Haha
When I saw your "oopsie" and how you guys solved it, I was thinking to myself "that's not what I would do". That's the difference between me (an amateur) and a professional. You got it done and got back to work. No harm, no foul.
Man, ya'll got some seriously impressive teamwork going there - truly a beautiful working rhythm!
Very nice! Enjoy your channel! Thanks 👍🏻🍀
Chris the amount of work you accomplish is amazing. Betty standing on her toes pushing dirt for you. Can't believe you picked up the roller. Holding my breath. Wow who knew. Take care have a good weekend.
Always gets the most and best out of his equipment.
Great stuff ,love your videos
I wonder when the roller was being engineered, someone thought it may needed to be picked up and moved and they built the canopy to be able to do that.
I think soo no were to pull from when stuck
Smooth move lifting the compactor. Everybody has made a mistake of going a little to far. Glad it wasn't worse. Your pond will be full fast. Looking great.

For what you have accomplished on this segment it is truly impressive.kudos to y’all.great video as always.nice size pond.👍👍👍😎😎😎

Great move on the roller 😅😅😅😅,,pond is looking 👍👍👍👍👍👍
When you first started playing in the muck, before you removed trees, it seemed a lot smaller than it is. Nice sized pond !!
That’s really getting prettier by the day. Like a painting. Excited to watch!!,
😊😊😊
Chris with the correct tools, you're a artist with clay and dirt.😊😊😊
Futures looking very bright for your farm, you gotta wear shades. Perfect pond building ground about like the clay we used to play with growing up, get it wet and form it into any shape you wish also makes great pond liners.

Well Chris ,the important thing is you didnt roll the roller over or get hurt and you didnt break it when you moved it. The pond looking good so far.
I guess you'll need to get some of Bealy Goods green dye to add to that muddy water so it looks like the Caribbean!
Wow! You really tested the strength of the roll bar on that compactor. That was impressive.
Hey when I was 9, My rollers roll bar stood up to the giant hand in the sky all day long... :)
Hey Chris, I'm in west central Florida by the beach and two days my neighbor had three giant truckloads of super dark red clay delivered to his house for some reason. I thought, Chris could build a pond damn with that!
Enjoyed the Video of the development of your pond Thanks Chris!!👍👍
Love the time lapses!!!! Too cool man
I TOTALLY ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO CHRIS 😊
looking good hope you can get the weather to cooperate with you and let you finish your pond before you get slamed with work .
90 degrees already! We're still at 62 here...send some of that sunshine up here to Iowa, please...lol
Good morning all have a safe day or night if T's night 🌙
Well Chris, it is always a good idea to stress test the safety devices on the equipment. Frankly, I thought the roll over roof on the sheeps foot held up much better than I thought it would. LOL. Nice job, the pond is definitely on the short leg. Thanks for sharing.

Loving the track loader work Betty always gets me excited ❤
Dirt Perfect is going to give you a lot of grief over that one Chris ,i can just hear him cackling now !
Even the boss can feel like a rookie once in a while but you are an excellent equipment operator keep up the good work
Going to be a beautiful place to unwind
The roll bar has to be very sturdy to protect the operator. So I wasn't worried, maybe a little. Thiscwill be an amazing feature on your property. Great job.
Damn that was filled fast & it will be nice and clear but you need a sandy area for skinny dipping in lol Just you & the mrs !
Ole Betty really got to throw her weight around pushing up those piles. Fun to watch!
Yeah, Betty! Push it up! Push it up! Way up! Also, the 953 really compliments the excavator. They move dirt very well together.
Loading the truck front-to-back? It truly is casual friday 😁
I was a golf and turf mechanic for a john deere dealer and any time we got a non running machine in we would pick them up the same way using the rollbar. Its actually a very common way to move machines especially zero turns all the way up to bigger tractors.
Betty found another soft spot while pushing up the dirt. Weren't kidding about areas of the farm getting squishy and or randomly soft.
I'd say the headache rack on that roller saved you a headache alright. 😂
I'm confident it would protect one if needed for it's intended use
Hey Chris, The audio was a fantastic enhancement!! sounds of dirt and stones, really great...
Seemed like a perfect way to get the roller righted!! No manual on the best method, if it works it works!! Like how that pond sits in the woods!!
Chris love your content you are one he'll of an operator and would love to see nothing but an oops video one of these days keep up the great work
Don't take blame. With these videos your in SHOW BUSINESS. Tell people you did it to entertain us. You never make mistakes in real life. We are your fans and will take your side.
Nice to see you having fun with the loader... 😊
I’m picturing a nice little cabin sitting right where Betty is parked! What a beautiful spot!
Great lifting power 💪💪💪
Dang it Chris..! that roller packer is not an ATV..! Be careful man…
Great video,
Thank you sir.
Is the pond just for fish are you going to make it swim able for the cabin guests?
Slick job on saving the roller from a roll over
Thank you and have a good day.
I was stressing a little with 8 Bolts holding down the Safety roof. But worked out well, Fitted the Bucket like a Glove LOL Dam or pond as you guys call em is coming along real nice Chris.
Glad someone was out with you .👍
Great watching again Chris the trees 🌳 looking nice and green 👌 is that john given you a hand ✋️ in the 360
Have to be grade 12 bolts attaching the ROPS bar to the compactor and I would say the welds held well hey Chris
32:05 Holy crap, I can't believe how strong that roof bar is on that packer.
So is the compactor light? Or am I under estimating the 220
Gold Gold all Gold 😎
Well done 👍🏻🇺🇸
Chris how deep are you making your pond ? Thanks Bob
I can just hear mike ,and Mr millinal having fun 🤪🤪 of this accident 😂😂.
Oops, at least the roller didn’t roll over (no pun intended). The pond is really taking shape, going to be a nice addition to the property, thanks for the video sir.
DUDE!!! That's putting a whole lotta faith in a R.O.P..... not sure I'd have ever tried that one!!!
Uh oh, I think the sheep’s foot roller was trying to make a run for it🤣😊
Nice going Chris
realy love timelapse !!!
Great video as always. There were some weird color shifts between about 15:00 and 30:00. At one point I was wondering why you were building the dam with top soil! A camera thing or editing software thing?
I thought the same!
I now that was strange. Must have been sunlight to shade as well as the black color of the 220’s stick causing the camera to color shift
I noticed that too, thinking wait a minute there, then it appeared that the sun came out and the orange colour came through.
It could have been worse. It could have gone down behind the house pad on DP's video from yesterday. Those packer amaze me on where they can go, and where they can't. Thank you and be safe.
Looking good
A real game changer, that grading bucket. That right hand hose bugs me out, although who can complain when you had an oops early on and a Mario kart exit pre finale cutting such a smooth edge. Friday's complete.
You know that the top of the roller will support a roll over.
That was a cool recovery
Gettin close now Chris!
It’s gonna look REALLY good back in those trees!.
Now you can’t push the videos out fast enough for me!! Haha. I wanna see the end result!! 😊😊
OK, I wonder if I am the only one wondering this.....but curiosity has finally gotten to me. When are we going to see Fred and Wilma???
What’s the pond for, are you going to keep fish in it?
nice work
We haven`t seen you in flipflops for a while.
Pond coming on a treat
thank you my friend...
THANKS!
I will say Chris it looks like it’s going to a teardrop pond it’s looking really good the more you get done the better you can tell what it is going to turn out very cool but yeah rolling on the top is smoother than the side but funny 👍😎🇺🇸NY
Harika işler yapıyorsun dostum 👍
Outstanding time lapse 😊
