I remember seeing Lou back in 2009 in LA at the raw Bazzar event, he did a talk around the 4 principals, Dan and Marcus were there too. Lou hasn't aged since then, he looks just the same as he did back then!. He speaks with such kindness and humility a really beautiful soul

I adore Lou. He is pure. I would like to hear him discuss his daily intake routine. Finding the right balance of nutrients and energy from his living food. How he gets all his calories.

I’m curious how much fat he eating each day? He eats the same thing pretty much every day for decades and I’m pretty sure bc of the enzymes he puts into his almonds coconut yogurt he’s able to digest it all .
But I’m so curious his fat and calorie intake bc I think it’s pretty high .
@@Alykat736 I don't know for certain, but given his intake of almonds and coconut I would assume most of his calories are from that. I know he has a lot of sprouted plants and his products are loaded with amino acids and enzymes, which he adds to a lot of those foods. Everyone requires different nutrients to function at a high level, but he seems to have figured out what's best for him. Something we all could do if we really put in the effort to try. It's not that hard to figure out, just do it, I guess.
For what Ive seen in all his videos and interviews its pretty much Lemon ginger blast everyday, superberrie smoothie with almond coconut yogurt everyday, sometimes Gorilla Milk and big salad or more lemon ginger blast and lots and lots of his enzymes, probiotics and liyfessentials, really, LOTS. That seems to be the foundations.
@@jafet4809 Dan (you know Dan I’m sure) says Lou focus on protein .
While Tavis focuses on fats and of course Dr Morse focuses on sugars from fruits .
But I find with all the almonds Lou is pretty high fat too!! Likely why he sticks to berries for his sugars .

This interview did no justice for Lou Corona. And that's no reflection of Gillian's interviewing skills (which are exceptional), but rather the extent of Lou's career and story. The Godfather of the raw food movement and the Lemon Ginger Blast! 😍
His entire story is mesmerizing to say the least. I thankfully was led to this man around the time I began my raw food journey and I learned so much but mostly was extremely impressed and motivated by his story. And I have also had the pleasure of conversing with him on few occasions that allowed me to see a very humble and kind human who only wishes to see good for all humanity and creatures. I wish I could go to the speaking event your hosting for Lou, Gillian and would urge people to attend if they can. Because there is soooo much more to this kind soul. Thank you Lou for all you're doing and will do!

Once again Gillian, you've nailed it! Such an inspiration. Nutritional change is like climbing a mountain. At least it has been for me. Just when it think I'm at the top, the clouds clear and another summit emerges. I went vegetarian 18 years ago, then plant based (vegan once I learned more about saving the animals AND saving myself). Now I'm eating mostly raw. I was a confirmed meat eater before I started. SAD all the way. I would have laughed out loud if someone had told me back then that I would eliminate meat, let alone go fully vegan and maybe raw! I would have thought it impossible. At year, here I am. With my life and my health back, vibrating at a frequency I never thought possible. Your videos and interviews are becoming a big part of my journey. What a great gift you are giving the community. Thank you! It's not just possible, its enjoyable. I hope you get to a million subscribers.

@@AlexjCharvoz Unless people have tons of money and can afford IV chelation stuff with specific practitionners, I believe deep breathing, cranial nerves & vagus nerve-centric work (humming and breathing), fasting and fascial work are the best free tools we all have access to. It's just very hard work lol.

thank you for this video, it is very informative and inspiring. I am currently on my 26th day of fruits fasting. I've been having a UTI infection for the past 12 months and I have tried so many medications and nothing worked.
I now know that the human body can weal itself.

I love and need all these God sent reminders of when i felt my best ,when i was most healthy ,when I was most energised was when i went Raw Vegan . I was watching so many TH-cam videos on Vegans and i was searching for longterm vegans and the best version of that lifestyle and i could tell it was Raw Vegan is the best way! when I went vegan 7 years ago and thankyou to the gift of" Reminders " what a blessing! Its important to "Do" not just the "Hear" . So I'm still vegan after 7 years i have little slip ups here and there but i know once i master being fully Raw Vegan again I will progress and grow in my learning journey.

I heard of Lou and Dan the man 15 years ago, Me and kids met Lou corona in Oxford UK about 10 years ago, He is an amazing person. we still talk about how he swung me around in the hall while we were all having some raw snacks, I started that raw journey just a year before that. It’s great to see Lou. I had spoken to him when my dad got cancer back in 2014. I got all the things Lou told me to get to help my dad. However, no one would listen to me and my dad passed away. I have also received supernatural healing in Jesus Name when my husband prayed for my back. The best thing I could ever do was to surrender my heart and life to God in 2006. So refreshing to hear testimonials from a Christian raw vegan. God also laid it on my heart to eat vegan and mostly raw. I'm a work in progress, but I know eventually I will fully get there.
