    I've been meditating for the past 4 years. It has changed everything in my life. It has also guided me to yoga and lately to QiGong. I practice all three now. I find a lot of comfort in Lee's teachings especially in these bumpy uncertain times. I find myself much more peaceful. Thank you for this 🙂🙏
