But surprisingly it released the result today , on the day of election results, so that it didn't get any media coverage. The result is extremely shocking and heart breaking..... Not only an unexpected inflation of rank was there resulting in the increasement of cut off marks ! But also 2 student are getting a marks 718 and 719. Which is impossible to get in neet mathematically because in each question you get 4 marks or loose 5 , so its either 716,715 or 720 . Nothing in between. Besides, there are numerous incident of paper leak, but as usual it didn't get anyyyyyy media attention, Rank 69-79 they gave exam from the same centre .....ek hi school mein ye sabne exam diya and from hariyana .... USA is more shitty though, they don't do arrests but heavy fine of 10,000s of dollars, the bail itself in such cases is high enough so yea.

We already know the facts about the said case as it's being discussed so widely, but there are many similar cases that have happened and will keep on happening until the root causes are not considered and corrected. Your point about the incentive driven nature of human actions was very impressive and crisply put. Also, I thank you for touching the issue regarding the pending police reforms right at the end. I believe if those are to be implemented, even before the judiciary decides to take the enforcement route, the first step would be making people aware of the real problem. Hopefully in the outrage of these recent incentives we can look past the immediate reactive moves such as harsh pubushments and such and instead demand systematic changes so as to ensure these things don't happen agan. If we do not tell our representatives what we want then we cannot blame them for forming poor policies that do not serve our interests. It is not they who have failed as kegislators and ministers but rather we who have failed as citizens and voters.
