Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's death has been one of the biggest mysteries of modern India. Nearly eight decades after his disappearance in 1945, people still don't agree about what happened to him. While initial government investigations concluded that Netaji died in a plane crash in present-day Taipei, many saw loopholes in this account and provided alternate theories. One theory states that he somehow managed to make his way to the Soviet Union, where he was captured by Joseph Stalin's forces. Yet another theory says that Netaji didn't die until much later and lived as an ascetic in various parts of India. What really happened and how do we solve this mystery? We examine the evidence available for each theory and reach our own conclusion.

I'm from Ayodhya and gumnami baba theory is very popular here and many people believe in it. Legends tell us that Gumnami baba was very fluent in English,German, Russian,Awadhi,Bengali, Hindi. A homeopathy doctor ( I've met him) in Ayodhya was his doctor. Even I don't want to believe in this theory but I'm not convinced that some random baba ji who is living in small room on the banks of Sarayu river in a small town like Ayodhya have so much knowledge about politics and languages.
May he find his peace in Sri Vishnu's Lotus feet. Om Shanti 🙏

Your investigation was incomplete, please study more on gumnami baba theory.
Justice Mukherjee said on camera about it,
In report he mentioned due to not finding clinching evidence he cannot accept gumnami baba was Netaji.
Why gumnami baba remainings are still kept in museum in UP?
Who was he if not netaji?
Why so many people were mad thinking he was Netaji?
Letters found there of UP CM, Golwalkar, INA veterans, netaji close friends etc what about that?

  • @boomboomboomboomer
    @boomboomboomboomer ปีที่แล้ว +850

You missed a few things about the gumnami baba theory-
    1. Handwriting analysis of gumnami baba's letters
    2. All documents related to netaji haven't been made public
    3. Habibur rehman's testimony to mi6 where he changed his statement many times
    4. All the people quoted in Anuj dhar's book Conundrum, including senior politicians of that time, a governor, netaji's sister, about senior police officers visiting him regularly
    5. Why not sanctions? To the Allied powers Netaji was a war criminal, they would ask him to be extradited and Indians would massively protest
    6. How the cia and the mi6 were searching for netaji even in the 1960s
Video suggestion- how IB was reporting to mi6 till 1970s, how the chiefs of Indian forces were British till late 60s, about Nehru's letters to the queen of England swearing loyalty to her in 1948.

But there few things which I would like to point out.
    1. There is a "samadhi" named Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose at "Guptar Ghat" in Ayodhya.
    2. As per locals, Army did all the last rites, at night ( which is unusual in Hinduism). And effort was put in to make sure the privacy of this procedurs as roads were blocked with army trucks on both sides. Also after the rituals they made sure to collect every bit of remains.
    3. Every year during Navratri, there used to be a celebration at his place and bengali people would visit him every now and then. They also bought him bengali newspaper.
    4. He didn't come out and used to talk from behind a curtain, spoke english mostly and used to smoke a very expensive cigrette/cigar. Also he always had new currency notes, always. He read an english newspaper which was not readily available he used to get it next day.
    5. After his death, Army took all of his belongings.
There is an interview on Lallantop (in hindi) of the owners of the house he used to live.
Please note, I'm not saying that Gumnami baba was SCB or not. I just told you what I know being a local.

I wish to draw your attention to the fact that Anuj Dhar has provided several pieces of evidence in his research on the Gumnami Baba case that were not discussed in the video. One of the key proofs that he has presented is that when Gumnami Baba died in his house, several suitcases were discovered containing various items that shed light on his identity.
Among the items found were inland letters and telegrams written by and received from Dr. Pabitra Mohan Roy, a senior official of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's Indian National Army's intelligence wing. The inspection of these letters is ongoing, but they are believed to be of significant importance.
Additionally, binoculars used by the Azad Hind Fauj, a newspaper cutout that mentions Bose was still alive in 1978, and a hand-made map of Bangladesh were also discovered in the suitcases. Moreover, a handwriting expert was hired by Anuj Dhar, who compared the handwriting of Gumnami Baba's letters with that of Netaji's, and concluded that they were written by the same person.
Considering these vital pieces of evidence, I would suggest that you review Anuj Dhar's research in more detail to ensure that your analysis is comprehensive and accurate. It will also help to provide your audience with a complete understanding of the matter.

      1) If Bose was alive u actually think he wouldn't be active in the circuit like u do realise by saying he was alive and not active u r calling him a coward...and no there wouldn't be any sanctions on India as sanctions r levied on very different circumstances
      2. Bose Daughter has always been eager to get her father's ashes and she is also ready for a DNA test and has always maintained that she never met her father again , u actually believe that a father would simply disappear from his only daughters life but oh well he will definitely keep meeting random people well in 70s when literally no one cared if Bose was alive or not in west

Sir, in the documentary Enemies of empire the doctor himself says that he was not aware of who that person was until he declared him dead, after the person's death the doctor was told that he was Bose.
And ultimately everyone will accept that he died in the plane crash but the doubt will always exist because we were never provided with solid evidences
Living with a feeling that once there was a person who went all over for forming an army for India in those times, roaming in disguise and then we don't know what was the situation of that person in his last days is just heartbreaking

I'm surprised that you didn't mention the photos, letters and personal items of netaji's family found in the house where Gumnanmi Baba used to live.
And, these things are submitted in the Allahabad High Court for years, still the judgement isn't given
It isn't about whether he was alive or not, it is about acknowledgement of his sacrifices, that must be taught in our schools.
Also, about him being alive and not coming out in public was because Nehruji signed a pact to hand him over to the allied forces as a War Criminal.

They stayed for 1 hour and leave. Later he came to know from a monk , that Ex INA Leaders they were. Of all the theories surrounding Netaji's death. You forgot the Tashkent man theory. A man with facial features similar to Bose had been seen in a photograph taken during the signing of the Tashkent treaty. Almost all the officials and individuals in that photo including minor Soviet servants had been identified too, except for that man. What perplexes me more, is the death of PM Lal Bahadur Shastri, which occurred just after the signing of the security pact. The Government of India refused to launch an official investigation into his death, his cadaver had appeared to be bluish-black on the day of his death, which many suspected to be a result of poisoning, even the Soviet Republic which hosted him had offered to start an investigation, but the Congress party-led government refused once again.

In 2023, after 78 years of his disappearance, it doesn't matter whether Netaji died due to the plane crash in Taiwan or later under captivity in the USSR or disguised as Gumnami Baba in India. We should move on and stop discussion on this topic as the more we discuss the more the conspiracy theorists thrive. Let's close this topic. Netaji will always remain immortal for us as a great freedom fighter 🙏🏼

We respect Netaji more than other leaders of that Time... He tried his best to gain independence from Britishers but unfortunately he died in a plane crash.... 2 out of 3 major Investigations agree on his death in a plane crash. Therefore what majority says.. we have to agree on that .

In a jungle Tiger stay along and rest of others stay together but still tiger stays in top of the food chain.
There was a time when catholic churches beleive that earth is the center of our universe and rest of others solar bodies rotating our planet, only Galilo point out the actual fact but catholic churche put him in a jail.
Lies have to stay together but truth doesn't have to.
