I was at Beaumont about a month ago and stopped by Parkdale mall and Central mall in Port Arthur. I stopped by Parkdale mall on a Friday evening, and it was pretty lively. I think the mall is doing good now but could be in trouble in the next ten years if there isn't any done to help improve it. Central mall on the other hand is definitely in trouble. It's not so bad that it can't turn around, but it definitely needs help.

I always go to that mall all the time and it still always be kinda ghost town sometimes inside the mall

@nim3593 I should've just gone to Central Mall instead because I'm trying to focus my channel on more "empty" places.
