2.4 Is the 0-100km/h time (62mph) they say 2.3 for 0-60mph so it’s spot on. I’ve noticed this with a number of videos where you’re using 0-100km/h times as 0-60mph times.
Plaid can only do 2.0 seconds on a prepped surface and after waiting the amount of time it would take the Bugatti to have completed the 1/4 mile and drove back to the staging areas. On a tarmac road with pebbles and not certified level like that Bugatti just did, doubtful the Plaid would be under 2.3 seconds.
The fact that it’s around 1950kg. Doesn’t have instant torque or a single gear. Is still ridiculous that it can do 2.3 seconds. Maybe 2.2 or 2.1 if really pushing it. It’ll probably do that on a drag surface.

I like how this is a super car supposedly capable of reaching 300 mph yet they still use the most basic seatbelt they could find. No harness, no buckles, no nothing, just a regular seatbelt you find in almost all vehicles.
I think the most interesting time we all want to know is what it does 100-200kph. I bet it will do sub 4sec since it hit 200kph from standing start in 5.8sec
you should do round trip. like way to go and same road with backwards. It could be little slope. if you do same time with round trip yes. its valid. You can do 0-100 4 second with skoda fabia if you go down of the hill it depends angle of the road.
