- It's that time of the year. SEC teams sit down to see how their teacher grades out their 2022 season. Who's going to the prize box and who's in danger of getting held back?

Honestly, I don’t think this could’ve ended any better than paying a tribute to Mike Leach.
That brought a tear to my eye.

You couldn't have summed up how an entire country feels in the last ten seconds. Thank you for this script. We are all gonna miss Mike Leach greatly.
The end literally made me tear up. The season, the report cards, the games didn't matter. College football lost one of its most valued gems and that ending hits you in the feels so hard.
We may be rivals on the field but we all can agree that we're feeling the pain and loss that Mississippi State is going through for Coach Mike Leach. SEC Shorts and Matt Mitchell did a wonderful job on tributes for The Pirate ☠️.
Also, thoughts and prayers goes out to the Dawgs nation, my condolences during this difficult time 🙏🏽

Clouded our victory with times of sorrow. Devin Willock was a respected player and will be dearly missed by us Dawg fans. Just happy that Mclendon is okay. But that would be so hard to lose a teammate/roommate like that. You made it out, but one of your close friends didn't.

I am not sure if it is just acting, but Hannah sure has played this role like she must have experienced working within an elementary school system.

The range of emotions she conveys is fantastic.
Especially at the end. That was a really great gut-punch. That was probably one of the classiest tributes to The Pirate that I have seen.
After losing my father-in-law, mother, then mother-in-law in less than 2 years, that tribute got me pretty good.

Yeah, getting the bowl game in the stadium that has an actual Pirate Ship made it so much more special. Mad props to whomever put that idea together!

As a diehard Ole Miss fan, I’ve never been so happy in hindsight for us to lose the Egg Bowl, the last game Mike Leach would ever coach. He is, and will continue to be, sorely missed.

This was a touching and wonderful ending honoring Coach Mike Leach. The tears flowed for our MSU Bulldogs.

I watched this when it was first released. Over 6 months later, the MSU/Mike Leach tribute still made my eyes water although I knew it was coming. Thx for the class right next to the comedy.

After being upset about Devin Willock for a few days, adding Mike Leach at the end just made me cry all over again. Great job! That doesn't happen often.

Devin Willock was from New Milford NJ a couple towns over from me. He was amazing in high school for Paramus Catholic. A lot of us are saddened what happend this passed weekend. But just shows you how precious life truly my condolences to the Uga program during this tough time

So well done SEC Shorts. In the last 2 years, your writing team and the actors made us laugh all season long and then at the end, make us so dusty. It's like we just watched the end to Old Yeller. I never thought anything could top Hope moving on from Georgia with the Natty being such a bloodbath against TCU this year. Everyone involved with this channel has consistently added to the sum of all human joy every week. You are all wonderful and you deserve all the success in the world. As an elementary school teacher, I appreciate the attention to things we ACTUALLY use. The 1st place Georgia ribbons…spot on!! 😆 And the honor of being the line leader…priceless! 😆

If you have to walk anywhere in school like outside or the library, the line leader "leads" the class. They get to see everything in all it's glory without following any other kids. And, they get to be "first" everywhere. Big deal for little kids.

I don’t even know what to say about this one. They hit Alabama spot on. I think Georgia deserves to be the line leader this year, and I can see why Tennessee got the prize box. I will say that even though I’m a Bama fan, the ending hit me hard. Despite all the jokes we throw around against each other, all the trash talk we do, I’m glad to see that we can all rally around some things. Well done.

The line about the therapist forgiving yourself was gold. A hilarious short superceded by a touching ending. It's why this channel is so good, it understands all the emotions with college football, even the ones that make us cry.
