Great video, these are all things schools don't teach us! Dave Ramsey's podcast is a great start for beginners to stay out of debt, there's definitely a lot more to finances than what he speaks about but that's a good place to start!
I watched a couple of episodes because I wanted to hear the psychological impact of being in that much debt (some episodes are kinda crazy) and if there's a connection between being well educated and getting into so much debt (which there isn't)! I don't listen to him anymore since while his advice is good, a lot of it is misleading because not all debt is bad and he just speaks of it that way because of his history of overleveraging in the real estate market. His advice does work best for those who have a hard time psychology with a number in the red (despite having a positive net worth).
