No, once I fixed the batteries, everything started working, and I sold it.

Hello! can you please help me with my issue? - my Inmotion v3 pro doesn't want to turn on when there is no indication on the display panel. I can easily turn it on and off, while the power button is seen lighting blue on the black scren. In some time the screen gets black and I cant turn on my wheel, untill I put the charger in and then out(this action makes power button to light again)
    What can it be?

I haven't done too much debugging on this unit other than the battery. I would say if, after you are able to power up, it works fine, then there is some sort of circuit/interface issue. If you can't start riding without the unit powering off, then it sounds like a battery/BMS issue. You can get the battery tested separately to rule that out.

Once the battery pack is removed, the old nickel straps need to be peeled off with pliers.

Hi. I bought broken V3 and when I replaced batteries, it was not giving me any output power. When I looked closer there were 2 broken SMD resistors on the black el. board inside the battery pack (R245 - just above the letter "Y" in the V3_BatteryBoard marking on the left side and R246 - top left corner near battery balance connector). I Wonder if you still have one disassembled and if so, can you please check the markings on that two resistors? Thank you in advance.

Hi! Have you found the marking of the resistor R245? I would really appreciate if you could share the information to me? Thank you in advance!

@@VictorShishkin-fb4gb Hi, I did not find the resistor just assembled it without it and it is working fine.

Lithion Ion batteries operate between 2.7V-4.2V, but usually they call them 3.7V. So 3.7 x 20 gives you 74V. Lots of places to buy them, Ebay but you have to be careful. Good ones go for about $5 each. I salvage them from various equipment, and test them to make sure they are good, that's cheaper.

Which make/model spot welder do you recommend and from where did you purchase it?

I tried buying the cheaper Chinese ones, they don't work. I ended up making one from a car battery and an Arduino controller. Works perfectly! 🥰

I would love to pay you to do the same to mine. Battery is dying , range is 1/4 what it was. It has sentimental value

Hello, I remember that repair being a ton of work with the checking, measuring etc. I am currently swamped with other projects ATM. Have you tried looking online for a 3rd party source for the battery pack?
