Dr. Manhattan is really overrated. A lot of his so called feats have been misinterpreted. Even Superman had Dr. M fear for his life. Thanos pretty much became god, and overpowered TOAA and the living Tribual and eternity ect. This is an unfair mismatch and Thanos wins without even trying.

he used world's funniest feats for Mxy, which is non canon, so technically, he used non-canon feats to make Mxy win.
Dr. Manhattan is Infinite across Infinite dimensions. All he needs to do is teleport Thanos to another reality where the Infinity gems don't work and he would be able to defeat The Mad Titan. Reality gems don't work outside their home realities.
Or he could just alter the timeline so Thanos never even exists

I think people tend to forget Doctor Manhattans core ability is that he can unravel the workings of anything and understand it nearly instantly.
Once he understands a thing, like the Infinity Gauntlet, he could unravel its existence with thought. He did it to time, the DC universe and he did it to himself.
The infinity Gauntlet works differently, the stones are not there to be understood, not even a being like Dr Manhatten would be able to grasp the full scope of even one of the stones, they are infinite and someone wielding the IG is instantly gifted with the knowledge of the entire mulitverses history, everything that has happened and everything that will happen, no set power level can compare to infinite power.

I noticed Dan tends to downplay Dr. Manhattan a lot. Dr. Manhattan is multiverse level, and his power almost matches Perpetua’s. He made this error in his previous video with the 10 characters who can beat Manhattan, which he clearly should re do, because that was a joke and Doomsday Clock debunked that
He did the same with Superman 1 Million and Dark Phoenix when they’re not even universal level, except for Dark Phoenix being at the mid level. He also made this error when he made the versus video with Franklin Richards, saying he was omniverse level when he’s clearly not and is universal level
Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet, I don’t see him winning against Dr. Manhattan unless he has either the Heart of the Universe, or even better, the Astral Regulator, which is the most powerful artifact in Marvel since Thanos usurped The One Above All with it
When he said the Infinity Gauntlet matching up to the power of the Beyonders, that was clearly bullshit since they were able to take down The Living Tribunal, who’s clearly more powerful than the Infinity Stones. And the only reason T-Challa with the Infinity Gauntlet was able to almost match God King Doom was because Doom only had a fraction of the Beyonders’ powers instead of the 100% of it
And one, Dr. Manhattan did not save Jor-El by time traveling since he can’t and operates through time like the rest of us. And another the Infinity Stones gives the user power over one universe being the one they’re native to instead of all the universes

Also he may be brimming with the connective enrgies of the universe but he still doesn’t even understand them fully and perpetua is actually the source of all those connective energies. The only way Thanos would stand a chance is if the fight took place in the marvel universe since The infinity Gauntlet only works in it's home universe. And Since Danco gave Thanos the win, one can only assume he has inherent bias towards marvel.........Oh wait. Seriously Manhattan is so overpowered, how the hell is this a matchup? Thanos with the infinity gauntlet is such a unbalanced character in vs battles since in order for him to take on multiversal threats, you need the infinity gauntlet. But you need the fight to take place in the marvel universe that the gauntlet came from in order for it to work. So Daniel Turner, IDK what to tell you except spend a few minutes in a library since that limitation behind the gauntlet is common knowledge
