I was running this saw for about 2 hours at about a 30-50% duty cycle th-cam.com/users/postUgkxfQm1wmg0ItKDLavxj1nXtQY9HP7EF504 and it did a great job. I used the lever for the built in sharpener to clear chip buildup out more than to actually sharpen the chain. It managed to cut some hardwood stumps much larger than it's size without bothering the neighbors with hours of 2 stroke noise.

Surprisingly useful and I appreciate how everything was brief and to the point. Thanks for pointing out what the different terms are called, like "bucking" which I was new to.

This can be extremely dangerous depending on how the tree's fell and the pressure points. Please call a professional if you are not comfortable

For a start. I wouldn't be going out with a craftsman to cut a tree.somthing a bit better.

If my chainsaw came with 18inch bar and chain 0.058 gauge. Can I pute a shorter blade with smaller gauge lets say 0.050, or I need to keep same gauge but only shorter blade?

This is what was just done today with regards to a tree that fell from a storm, across my yard into the neighbor's yard. It was state's responsibility, so they cut the tree up in sections. Guess I have some firewood for winter, now.

A craftsman is a cheap throwaway storm cleanup saw. Husqvarna and Stihl for multiple use

      Jake,
The green new deal leverages most of its philosophy on cheap throwaways .
      #1: its affordable
      #2: its cheap
      #3: its unamerican

My hisqvarna trimmer lasted me only a year. Then came a Honda trimmer (weed eater) and within the first 5 minutes was leaking gas 🤷🏻‍♂️.
I’ve had my Honda lawn mower and after 10 Years still running like new

I'm tired of paying other people to do work I can do myself. Thanks. I need to know how to put gas in this thing and where. This is full of info I already knew. Waste of time.

One knows how to do the complicated procedures, but you doesn't know how and where to put the fuel...interesting; should be looking at fueling procedures.
