The KTA-450 is a compact, high-performance amplifier that delivers 45 watts RMS of power per channel at 4 ohms or 2 ohms. It features Alpine's Dynamic Peak Power (DPP) technology, which provides up to 180 watts of peak power per channel to handle even the most demanding bass passages. The KTA-450 also features a built-in subwoofer filter, making it perfect for powering a subwoofer in addition to your full-range speakers.
The KTA-200M is a mono amplifier that delivers 200 watts RMS of power at 4 ohms or 400 watts RMS of power at 2 ohms. It also features DPP technology, providing up to 800 watts of peak power to deliver the ultimate in bass performance. Had an Alpine v12 years ago, with 2 MTX 10 truck riders in a regular cab S10 and man i misss that system!! The clarity and bass that it had was just mind-blowing for what it was. That was late 90s and not really had one since then, i think it's time. 😂😂
Hell yeah those Amps were some of my favorite durning that time. Especially for mids and highs. We use to sell V12 amps on MB QUART speakers and Fosgste amps with Fosgste subs. But if we had someone that wanted matching amps we would do V12 amps. If it’s time and you need some help with picking stuff out I’ll be more than happy to help.

Hi I bought these kta-450 amp and was told by alpine installer that they are terrible and had me buy a different amps cause they are terrible to adjust. Was happy cause I have see these review of how good they are small and not crazy loud just wanted something simple not looking for show car just daily drive
Feedback design in amplifiers is key to how they produce the lower frequencies. Great stuff on that can be found at the PS Audio YT channel.
looking at some alpine coaxial speakers for my car with built in tweeters. im deciding between the Alpine R2-S65 and the Alpine HDZ-65. Was wondering if anyone had any input on which of the two is a better choice
HDZ-65 are part of the Alpine Status Series $$$ but very detailed sounding if your gonna drop that much loot make sure your gonna get a hires set up including amp head unit and get a devise that can play hires
Hello, I have a question regarding these amplifiers and other related things. I currently have the Alpine W650 and would like to pair this with one of these amplifiers. The subwoofer I'm interested in is the JL Audio 12W3v3-2. Would one of these amplifiers be sufficient enough?
Also do y'all happen to make custom boxes? I'm in the I.E. and wouldn't mind coming to visit y'all. I forgot to add that this would be installed into a 2003 Lexus IS300
it would barely be enough, if you can afford a w3, you can afford a proper amp for it

Can both amps be bolted together on the back of the iLX-W670? I have a 445U and looking to add the W670 and 200M with a 10" JL W1.
I don’t think they can be bolted together on the back of a 670 but the 200m should sound good with the W1
Hello, how are you❤ Since you specialize in the world of audio, is it true that stereos sold in the United States operate on more than 12 volts?
Ok so car stereo headunits Amercia are designed for 12 but cars will Normally operate at around 14volts when the car is running because of the alternator. Now if you go generally go over 15 volts then headunits will shut down. Now amps are little different. Now companies are designing amps to run higher into 16-18 volts because of electric cars. Hope that answered your question

or even the alpine s-a60m. 600w for 150
If you have the space it’s to the s2-a60m. But these are good in tight spaces.
Anyone, I need assistance. If I strap 2 Alpine amps, does that double the power at ALL ohm loads?

What I want to know is what is the difference between alpine ilx-f511 and alpine ilx-f115
I believe the ilx-f511 is the American version and the F115 might be the euro/ aussie version. Should be the same thou

Just use a MATCH amp with a plug and play harness. you get full DSP and 5 channels of power to drive front, rear and a sub.
Those Match amps are solid! Install is easy and if the audiotech website has the tune install is a snap! Thanks for the comment

Alpine missed the memo that there is no reason to charge these prices for miniature, $12 dollar build cost amps. 🤷🏻♂️
$20 dollar build cost! 🤣 I’m sure it s little more than that plus the retailers need to make money too!! But on a serious note these are pretty impressive…
@@BreakersStereo if I can get a 3,000 watt full bridge for $45 from China (same factory as Alpine) I doubt the 400 watt with 1/5th of the components costs more than $20. For sure.
@@TheGodofSEOYeh but you cant. Not only would it not actually have that output, it would be very dirty, unreliable and I don’t even wanna see the signal to noise ratio.
