Welcome to Day 7 of my journey as a chef on a luxurious yacht! Join me in this exciting video as I continue my culinary adventure on the high seas.
Join me for a deep-sea fishing experience with the crew as we catch and prepare our dinner. Watch the process from ocean to table, encounter sharks, and see how I use fading herbs to make a flavorful pesto. I also whip up a leek and potato soup, a fresh kale salad, and of course, a Creami for dessert. We’ll go down into the "hole" to grab more meat, and the night ends with a captivating thunderstorm.

That kitchen looks like a nice size kitchen. Not cramped.
I grow “Kringle” kale if you have too much I massage olive oil pepper garlic and taco seasoning and dehydrate at low takes say maybe an hour or so. They come out crisp and are a great snack like potato chips!

As a kid I lived on an island in Norway. We got fresh fish from a relative who went fishing every morning. I was so sick of fish so then me moved I didn't eat fish for many years 🤣🐟
I worked for a chocolate company for years...Took almost a decade for me to eat or want chocolate after I stopped working there. 😂

Really enjoy your videos. I'm so amazed by your energy and planning skills. It's constant to make sure things are thawed out for the next meal and keeping on top of what food is about to expire/go bad and then coming up with a creative way to use it. I can’t get enough of these videos. I’m always anxiously waiting for a new one, constantly checking my notifications. (I work over nights so if one comes up when I’m sleeping 💤 I watch it at midnight on my first break). I’ve learned so many cooking tips and new dishes to try.

I'm so happy that you guys are all safe hopefully no one got hurt in all those things can be replaced such as computers or ladders but not or pets or both. Thank you for giving me the kale salad idea I had no idea that by massaging it with salt lemon juice and olive oil will make it tender I just assumed you have to cook it. I know that that may sound silly but I genuinely didn't know and just got used to the raw taste. Thank you again enjoy your time and please all of you be safe❤
Interesting isn’t it? We ate raw foods for 2 years and that’s how you really learn about food. Kids begged for our raw kale salad with a tahini,style dressing.

I love the thinly sliced roasted pan potatoes, I grew up eating those potatoes in Ukraine, still make them today. With a bit of bacon lard they get so crispy! Delicious!

@@agalo3631 nice grandpa you got! :) I lived of “salo” the salted bacon and bacon lard was our oil for most fried fish, potatoe dished we ate. We would toast our rye bread in bacon lard or smear the lard with fresh grated garlic, a bit of salt, on toasted rye bread. Fancy garlic bread 🍞

You should try making ‘Ika Mata’ which is the Cook Island version of ceviche.
Same premise- cooking the fish with acid.
So cubed white fish, lime or lemon juice, coconut milk or cream, cilantro, finely diced red onion and red/green/yellow/orange peppers (if you get some of those mixed colour ones, it’s fun to have a bunch of different colours in there).
I also always zest the line for an extra kick. And S&P obviously.
It’s sooooooooo good. We don’t have it often, but it’s a must have at Christmas dinner… it’s also AMAZING (I actually prefer it this way) made with fresh tuna! Try it, you won’t regret it!
Oh, you can also add things like diced tomato and cucumber if you want. And if you’re gonna eat it all in that serving, chuck in some diced avocado before serving - gives it. Nice twist.
