I think as far as PLO Koon saying “it appears I did” is more him trusting in the will of the force. And seeing as how she did go, then he perhaps assumes that whatever he did say to her ended with that outcome.
Plo Koon is very much Ahsoka's father figure in the order. Even though Anakin is her master, he is more like a big brother to her as Obi-Wan was to him. Plo was the one who found her and brought her into the order as a baby, and he's kept a close eye on her throughout her training. Seeing him ambiguously cover for her makes a lot more sense with that in mind.
This personally is one of my favourites in the series. Just seeing Tarkin and Anakin interact is so good, seeing how they share similar views and laying the groundwork of what will become the empire. Plus it showing how Vader knows to freeze Han in carbonite. Lots of cool stuff.
Season 4 is fast approaching and we all get the see the reaction to the Umbra Arc! Widely considered to be the best one for the actual clone troopers. It’s also my favourite altogether
You can’t have the Clone Wars exist without episodes following the actual war aspect with the specific battles, missions and campaigns. Arcs like this one bring out the true cost of the war. How anyone can die. Jedi and these brave clone troopers too. Not to mention we meet Tarkin for the first time and see how he puts together the idea for the inner workings of the death Star. Crucial part of the show. So I get it’s a taste thing but I respectfully disagree with Jen. It wasn’t just them walking around. I also feel it is not left field for Plo to protect Ahsoka. Cuz he was the one who found her as a youngling. He’s like her father. ❤️ I always found that scene between them at the end really sweeet. Not to mention, at this point who cares if she disobeyed Anakin. He frankly teaches her to be a rebel the way he is too. 😆

One thing to mention. I am almost sure the there is no travel above loght speed. So I would guess that hyperspace travel is atravel through a different dimension in which the distances between point A and B ist different then in normal space
Master Plo Koon (the guy with the rebreather and eye coverings) was the Jedi that first brought Ahsoka into the Jedi order. They do indeed have a kinda surrogate father thing.
Love the channel and y’all man! Been watching for so long, always look forward to watching the vids and now y’all watching my fav show, doesn’t get better ❤🙌
When Anakin says that the Citadel was place for “Jedi who have lost their way”, the supplementary material goes into further (darker) detail on that. As it reveals that the Citadel is where the Jedi send their more “problematic” members, not just those that fallen to the Dark Side but also those that do anything the Council deems “taboo” (such as visions of the future). So in short, the Citadel is essentially the Jedi equivalent of a “pray away the gay” camp.
Hyperspace works the same way nether traveling does in Minecraft. You enter an alternate plane of existence and can travel immense distances in a fraction of the time.
Regarding Jen's Hyperspace question at 19:40, the expanded universe imagined hyperspace as a separate dimension, with its own laws of physics, and even some unique species "native" to it. People aren't crushed by their mass because of a piece of equipment aboard all ships which nullifies the speed's affect on the body (also why the pilots don't experience the G-forces of the maneuvers they pull in combat, allowing Han Solo to sit all cool and stoic during a fight). What's really interesting is that Jedi couldn't meditate for long while traveling in hyperspace, or they would go insane for some reason. The force doesn't seem to work the same in hyperspace.
If you guys didn't notice the color scheme of the enemy tactical droid 11:55 matches the Lakers color scheme and the name of the droid is K2-B4 Kobe Bryant Jersey 24. Also the production of the episode The Citadel was when the lakers won the nba championship.
Believe it or not, "Dobby," Master Even Piell was actually in The Phantom Menace in 1999. So he predates Dobby in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets movie in 2002. Sure, the Chamber of Secrets book came out in 1998, but I really doubt that George Lucas based him on that, especially since TPM was already written and maybe even filmed by then. I know you were impatient for Clone Wars to get more dark, adult, intriguing, etc., but it's actually REALLY good for the overall story that it started out somewhat childish. That's what any real war in history is like - the first several months each side think it's going to be over soon, but then nasty battles happen, the death toll rises, and they realize they're in it for the long haul. Childhood, naivete, and innocence are destroyed. This arc is Ahsoka's first living kill - the wolf/wharg-like creature, and then it's her first sentient kill, the warden. All of her previous kills up to this point have been droids. Despite how young she is, (and she's roughly 15-16 at this point) she's not a kid anymore. I mean, she was immature "asking mom not dad" at the beginning, but by the end of the arc, I'd say she learned her lesson. Anakin really wasn't being overprotective. This was a far riskier, dangerous, and high-stakes mission than anything they had done before. As for Plo Koon, I would say he's like an indulgent father to her, while Anakin is a protective older brother and Obi-Wan is like an uncle. I think they all knew that Ahsoka wasn't supposed to be there, but decided to just let it go since she rose to the occasion. This isn't nearly as bad as the fact that really everyone knows about Anakin and Padme but is just deliberately turning a blind eye. Don't ask, don't tell.
At light speed your mass doesn't change thats more of a physical interpretation, there is a factor (a number) in the expresion of the energy required to reach certain velocity that does tend to infinity as your velocity aproaches the speed of light (the mass thing comes from combining the mass with the factor creating a sort of special mass, a relativistic mass if you will). So it is the energy what goes to infinity not the mass, hence you wouldn't feel crushed. What is intersting though is that going at constant velocity is the same as bieng in rest (static), you wouldn't feel any difference between standing still and going at the speed of light (though you'll feel the g-forces when accelerating). Also you might see wierd things due to space contraction.
The biggest thing I remember about this arc was the clone trooper getting cut in half by the closing blast doors. That’s when I knew this series was going to start getting darker.
If you guys didn’t watch the Domino Squad/Arc Trooper Arc you really should because you get to learn about the important clone troopers that has a big effect in the future
0:25 Pretty sure those couple of ambiguous things were kept that way on purpose, my guy. Having watched every single BTS featurette for every single episode and arc of TCW really has opened my eyes, doubly so, in the making of the show and the overall lore explanations for it. It really has further expanded by knowledge and insight into this masterpiece of Star Wars storytelling and it should for ya'll too! Check out the featurettes they did on every single episode, including the most recent "Clone Wars Download" featurette series for the final season, whether on your own time or on the channel or a bit of both!! It's really nice to hear from Dave, George and so many others on what every episode of TCW means to the overall saga and having them explain various ideas, choices, lore and more. The Mortis trilogy specifically was meant to offer some questions to the viewer, not necessarily answers. Dave Filoni himself has notably stated he doesn't ever want to hold the hands of any viewer, he doesn't want everything to be explained to them, everything to be spelled out. Much like how Lucas himself felt about a lot of the work he did for Star Wars and even TCW, alongside Filoni, as well. But Dave also mentioned that if he were at our homes, he would certainly love to spell things out, spill all the beans, but he can't possibly do that for all Star Wars fans out there, so this is the best he can do here and it's for the best anyways. Always great to have some mystery and maintain much of the mysticality that Star Wars is so widely beloved and appreciated for! :)
Master Plo Koon was admiring that he technically suggested something that gave Ahsoka the idea that she should go along. Even though it was not what he meant, it wasn't a lie. It was the truth from a certain point of view. The truth is not so cut and dry, especially when it comes to Jedi. They probably didn't mind as much because they see it as the will of the force. Which is more of a fluid path to follow that rules don't always allow you to follow. If Ahsoka wasn't there would they have the information they needed? We will never know.
Holden probably already know this, Jen is actually interested in playing star wars games, she would probably like the force unleashed games and their dlcs
Star Wars is told from a Future Retrospective. Let's say Star Wars is 25,000 years in the future, but is being recounted by someone 40,000 years in the future!

5:04 It never went away, you just thought it did. I don't necessarily like Anakin being called Skyguy but I have no issue with Anakin calling Ahsoka Snips. You Americans need to lighten up. Nicknames are great. I personally have about 4 different ones.
I’m not a giant fan of this arc, but I can’t deny it’s super fun. I found Tarkin to be pretty annoying. By the way, the Jedi who lied about Ahsoka is Plo Koon, who found Ahsoka as a baby.
Yeah, I agree. It makes fun watching it. But in the greater sceam of things, it doesn‘t really have a pay-off. In retrospective, it‘s a bit build-up for season 7 and „The Bad Batch“-show. But nothing really significant is happening … Best Regards
This one and the first arc of season 4 are sort of background episodes. The next arc is a little more economical with story and has a big technical advancement that makes generating backgrounds a lot easier. Expect more, "radial flora." As for Plo Koon's comment at the end. It seemed to me that he was somewhat convinced by her argument for self-determination; especially since the ultimate Jedi power move is self-sacrifice. Also don't get too hyped about the beginning of season 4...it's kind of a slow roll at first until it isn't.
Yes thank you so much for recognizing that the one guy is sooo similar to the bad guy from power rangers turbo. I was going to leave a comment about it but you’re too cultured!
I know it's your thing to watch fantasy movies. But I'd recommend you watch Rush (2013) by Ron Howard, based on the real-life events of the 1976 Formula 1 World Championship. It will be a definite switch from the fantasy stuff, and the tracks by Hans Zimmer will for sure hook you in.
20:53 No, Tarkin has no point. Tarkin is an intellectual infant and a sadist. He seems to think that by committing more atrocities than the other guy is how you win a war. It’s pretty conclusively the opposite. I mean are there any War Crimes left for the CIS to commit?

Master Plo Koon (the guy with the rebreather and eye coverings) was the Jedi that first brought Ahsoka into the Jedi order.
They do indeed have a kinda surrogate father thing.
on Plo Koon's gunship it has a painting of him and two clones with "Plos bros" written on it
Love the channel and y’all man!
Wow droids adapting Gungan shield design
5:24 I think Force users can use the Force to augment their physical abilities.
The biggest thing I remember about this arc was the clone trooper getting cut in half by the closing blast doors. That’s when I knew this series was going to start getting darker.
Jedi Evan Peels looks like a mix of Dobby and Mad Eye Moody. It haunts me to this day lmao.
If you guys didn’t watch the Domino Squad/Arc Trooper Arc you really should because you get to learn about the important clone troopers that has a big effect in the future
Hyperspace is a different dimension. So that's the idea of why they're not crushed and how they go faster than light.
“Adaptation is the key to survival”- Disney when making any live action remake
The episode where they encounter the Zygerian slave traders is really good
Always loved how that alien had the Al Pacino vibes
You can see Doby in the background a lot in "Phantom Menace" lol.
Love this arc
Holden probably already know this, Jen is actually interested in playing star wars games, she would probably like the force unleashed games and their dlcs
Ah, Tarkin... That man will destroy two planets in two different ways, using the same weapon
Well, Asogian's (E.T. Species) was in the Prequels. Then E.T. was stranded on Earth in E.T., so that puts Earth in the Star Wars Universe.
And their back!
Wait a second!
I call shenanigans!
Which came first the Doby or the Yoda?
How can he be Doby when Doby is clearly Yoda!
Shenanigans!
The Force Unleashed remastered was on sale recently. A perfect first game and first game level to play as Darth Vader fully powered up👍
petition for a fallen order lets play with jen and holden.
Star Wars is told from a Future Retrospective. Let's say Star Wars is 25,000 years in the future, but is being recounted by someone 40,000 years in the future!
We always called him Russian Space Dobby, so it was cool to hear you also call him Dobby. c:
19:18: Look at Cody! Badass right there. I’d love to be a clone
Honestly one of my top 5 favorite arks in the entire show, I don’t even know why it’s just so awesome.
Also are you guys going to watch cobra Kai at any point? Because you really should
26:01: Fives! 👏
Rlly love this arc
5:04 It never went away, you just thought it did. I don't necessarily like Anakin being called Skyguy but I have no issue with Anakin calling Ahsoka Snips. You Americans need to lighten up. Nicknames are great. I personally have about 4 different ones.
Back to Snips after she said she hates being called that lol
I’m not a giant fan of this arc, but I can’t deny it’s super fun. I found Tarkin to be pretty annoying. By the way, the Jedi who lied about Ahsoka is Plo Koon, who found Ahsoka as a baby.
Try the Tarkin novel or better yet the audiobook. It changed my perspective on Tarkin.
Yeah, I agree. It makes fun watching it. But in the greater sceam of things, it doesn‘t really have a pay-off.
In retrospective, it‘s a bit build-up for season 7 and „The Bad Batch“-show. But nothing really significant is happening …
Best Regards
This one and the first arc of season 4 are sort of background episodes. The next arc is a little more economical with story and has a big technical advancement that makes generating backgrounds a lot easier. Expect more, "radial flora."
As for Plo Koon's comment at the end. It seemed to me that he was somewhat convinced by her argument for self-determination; especially since the ultimate Jedi power move is self-sacrifice.
Also don't get too hyped about the beginning of season 4...it's kind of a slow roll at first until it isn't.
Can't wait for more Rebels.
Anakin reminds me of Revan
Oh boy I love this arc
I'm digging your hat, Jen.
Tarkin appears in the Clone Wars.
Holden: Wait, is that...???
Jen:.......who?
Plo koon is the Jedi that found Ashoka and brought her to the Jedi, she sees him as a father figure
Towards the end of the show, (I'd say season 6 and 7) every single episode is good
Yes thank you so much for recognizing that the one guy is sooo similar to the bad guy from power rangers turbo. I was going to leave a comment about it but you’re too cultured!
i wish ATLA was coming out this fast lol
WOOOOOOOOO THANK YOU GUYS!!!
They are Space Hyenas from Space Australia.🤫
I know it's your thing to watch fantasy movies. But I'd recommend you watch Rush (2013) by Ron Howard, based on the real-life events of the 1976 Formula 1 World Championship. It will be a definite switch from the fantasy stuff, and the tracks by Hans Zimmer will for sure hook you in.
There's a really good Yoda arc I believe in season 6.
Every episode of season 4 is in correct order
RIP Echo
20:53 No, Tarkin has no point. Tarkin is an intellectual infant and a sadist. He seems to think that by committing more atrocities than the other guy is how you win a war. It’s pretty conclusively the opposite. I mean are there any War Crimes left for the CIS to commit?
how does everyone miss the villain voice patterns are imitating Christopher Walken
Speaking of Murphy’s Law, you guys should watch Interstellar if you haven’t seen it. I’d love to see both of your reactions to that.
You guys need to watch Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special after this.
the last domino has fallen
