@@FrazzleFlib the beam that he fires stops short behind him pre-brimstone. getting brimstone extended it to the end of rooms. You can say the front loop doesnt get affected, but to say it does nothing rather than being negligible to his playstyle this run is just wrong.

honestly the mod that makes a red target to indicate where the foot is going to stomp would be pretty helpful in issac since its harder to see in darker areas (AKA sheol and the dark room)

I dont know why chat was saying it was cheating the whole time. There’s shadows on screen every-time she stomps so its legit just the same, especially if you have issues seeing different shades of different colors.

The challenge comes from the fact it's hard to see. The feet come down slowly enough that there's literally no challenge if you expect them.
Also, mom doesn't stomp you beyond necropolis 2, so not being able to see on sheol and dark room is a complete non-issue
@@RedstoneQwerty but they dont come slow at all, if you have base or 1.0 speed they're almost impossible to dodge on command, you have to keep moving the whole time to actually be able to dodge them, hence you use azazel whom starts with better speed, and even if you can dodge the "slow" stomps there can be situations where damage is literally unavoidable because you cant see the hitbox at all, the whole point of the mod is so you can see where to dodge precisely

@dogecoin investor I did because I lost my old save files for some reason, I literally did delirium and the beast with azazel before I unlocked the lamb, UNLOCK IT, I didn't have the negative, so I got the forgotten in the same run I beat mega satan (stupidly broken tainted azazel run)

Using the mod that highlights the shadows is legit. There is already a visual effect, the mod just makes it easier to see.
I mean the whole purpose of the mod is to make the shadow easier to see and make you less likely to get hit by it. Half the reason the foot is hard to deal with is because it can be hidden in plain sight. So because the mod is giving him an advantage vanilla players wouldnt have, I would argue it as cheating. But its his run of the game not mine so who am i to tell him what to do.

I don't think the foot shadow think should count as cheating. You can already see the shadow, you just made it more obvious. It's the same idea as the tear visibility setting or whatever it's called

@@reidskull5018 well adding seven sea scrolls into the game was a bad mechanic but you dont see people removing it from the game. You just stick to what the game has and doesnt. In the end you can play the game how you want but I would consider it cheating
@PogShootMan No it wasn't? That's an item you can just... not pick up. This is something that's effectively unavoidable at times, or the only way to avoid is to continuously move (often causing damage from another source)
