- played delete this, trigger genesis twice, suddenly i spawn giga rockets whenever i pick things up, easy game lads thats how its done.

The Damocles on hit was actually amazing. Since he got a new Damocles after getting hit the insta kill could have never triggered since the new Damocles with 0 hits replaced the old one with one hit.
Damocles tho most likely just stack, not overriding the past one.
With multiple hits the sword starts moving and gets covered in blood. In the video it didn't change at all.

I can't find literally any info on that. And I tested this in the game, more than 20 hits and there is no changes to Damocles texture. And why would there be any? It's not like the chance rises any higher from taking damage multiple times. It just becomes 1/10000 for each 4 frames and never raises more than that.
Maybe you're mixing up Repentance Damocles with Damocles from Antibirth? Because the last one yeah, the chance raises with each hit. Though I haven't seen even Antibirth Damocles change texture from multiple hits.
Well I must have confused it with repentance Damocles then. Thought they work the same. My bad.
@@molki1111 It's totally fine, i just was confused a little bit about your info and it was nice to figure it out. For some reason fan wiki was down for me at that time, so now i can safely say that Damocles in Antibirth doesn't change the texture, but the higher the chance of the sword dropping, the more it swings.
And still, your version that the new Damocles overrides the old one could still be true. Rn trying to test it out, but having no way to speed up the game/increase drop chance it's taking quite some time for Damocles to fall (if it does actually fall).
5:14 Please, someone, make a mod where Damocles is changed into *Damogus,* like, one that bean buddy hanging above and attack the player when the time has come!

I was able to win by keep respawning as blue baby and lost. Razor blade kept activating so the run lasted 2 hours

I have 1300 hours spent playing this game, and I know the answer is yes.
The first run I did i got a passive item that activated glowing hourglass effect on hit. And then the item that made every enemy and pickup into a MEGA BOMB as soon as I pickup something (including the item that I pickup). So it was a "try not to get hit" game
i had a personal "gone nuclear" experience with delete this
lets just say, i found a 4 room charge item that turned all entities in the room into bomb balloon tears (dr. fetus + Haemolacria tears)
Cursed eye was the reason he kept being teleported

yeah it was kinda stupid of him, he even acknowledged that he had cursed eye... then proceeded to walk into the boss and touch bullets as frequently as possible... then complain he was teleporting
I actually did this first try by getting a 6 room charge item that only spent charges if you pointed it at a direction (kinda like shoop da woop), but if you just pressed it without shooting it did Spider butt effect without using any charges

My winning run was a 0 charge item which spawned succubus. It was a boring run, but a break from the run before where every time I touched a pickup, all entities (including rocks) turned into troll bombs lmao

y do half of ur items become damocles in prety much all runs
TMTrainer is basically scratch code that can do whatever it wants within the confines of the run. Spawn enemies, do any item effect, etc. The only rule for it is that it has an trigger condition and a effect that happens upon the trigger.
Damocles is an active item whos effect is to, on use, give you a passive item of Damocles that does the whole Damocles shtick.
So the game is throwing an item together, and it picks the active Damocles effect of "Give Isaac a passive Damocles" alongside whatever trigger condition it wants. Since, unlike normal Damocles, your TMTrainer item doesnt go away, that means every time the trigger condition is activated, you get another damocles, flooding your items with Damocles.
