Hello Paul sir! Namaste and respect and love from India. First my life has been changed since I have been watching all your videos, during evenings and mornings I take my stick and knife and practice in woods and videos like these really inspire to be natural, it's like coming back to your roots! Thank you so much all love and respect, promise I'll meet you and learn from u in person as well. Sheer gratitude! 🙌🤝🙏

This was super good. I should definitely know more about what is edible around me. Good info to know. Thanks for sharing.

oh I love this. one thing I enjoyed so much as a child was spontaneous foraging- when we would just pick some edible greens from the ground, or wild fruits around , then just simply eat them up. the places had since gone to nasty gentrification. now, no near a place to do some foraging and grounding.
I find we.share the same views about food;.

Thank you for sharing that! Passing the knowledge along to the next generation is important even if it’s just the few who retain it.

How did you learn to forage?
I'm in Texas, and I have a lot of wildflowers/plants surrounding me as well as in my yard.

Started learning as a kid then kept going with others who would teach me from time to time. There are a lot of easy identifiable edible plants to start with. Just start with 1 or 2 in your area at a time. Get to know those well before adding another. Over time you’ll accumulate a lot of wild edible knowledge.
